The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. This is a PET-FREE property due to my son's extreme allergies and asthma. Lake Stevens is 5 minutes from I-5, 30 minutes north of Seattle. Our peaceful place is 3 bedrooms plus a large bonus room, a spacious dining room & living room that seats 10 comfortably. The house includes a deck, 90 jet Jacuzzi, fire pit, hammock, 36" blackstone griddle with air fryers and a warming drawer, Traeger smoker, fully equipped kitchen that includes the best Swiss espresso machine & laundry room with detergent.

Amazing view of Lake Stevens from this upper-floor guest house. Enjoy almost 700 sq ft of living space and 168 sq ft of deck overlooking the lake. Slide open the two 3 ft wide barn doors to access the private sleeping area with a queen bed and there is a Stanton sofa bed in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen, full bath, and a huge live edge bar for beautiful sunset dining. Enjoy relaxing days on the water in North Cove, which, after 1:00 pm, is the only "no wake zone" on the lake.

Tiny House Heaven

Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Loft ladder is steep! Sits on family property of 6 acres. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares. We have 2 teenagers, 2 dogs and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property. Again…the loft ladder is STEEP…use at your own risk!!
