Had a wonderful stay at cave springs! Loved the communal area for games, fire pits, hammocks, playground and easy to walk around. Fun place for families! The place was great and would stay here again!

This location is fantastic! It offers ample space and is conveniently situated near numerous attractions and points of interest to explore in Dunsmuir. Whether you're looking to discover local shops, scenic views, or nearby parks, everything is just a short distance away..

This place was great! After a long day skiing it was the perfect place to relax! There was plenty of space for all of us. Very cute and beautiful deck!

Great cabins! They were comfortable and clean, with lots of little personal touches. Great decor. Kids loved the fire pits, bocce and being so close to the river. Staff were helpful and responsive. Very relaxing. Would definitely come again!

Peace and quiet surrounded by the woods and beautiful vistas. Only a 5 minute drive from Dunsmuir, avoiding the disruptive sounds of the trains that run through town.

The cabin was perfect! Super cozy and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Janelle provided us with all the information we needed leaving us with zero questions. Check-in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the sound of Coffee Creek right out the window was so peaceful. The property was absolutely gorgeous! There grounds were pristine and there were beautiful areas to take a stroll and serene sitting areas to relax and enjoy the stunning views of Coffee Creek. We (our dogs included) loved it and would highly recommend this cabin!

The host was really kind and provided detailed information around the house. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Meghan’s cabin. It’s in a beautiful area too. Meghan was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond when we had car troubles. We cannot thank her enough for a great stay and for all her help!

The house was very clean and well stocked and had nice decor to make it feel homey. Candace was amazing at answering any questions we had and check in was very simple. There was some road noise but you couldn't hear any of it from inside and the views from the windows were very peaceful. We'd be happy to stay here again if we need a place to stay in the area!

This is the third time we have spent time in Lisa's cozy cabin, as Dunsmuir is an ideal stop for us en route to our son in Portland. We love it! Although we never play any of the games she has provided, we love the comfortable bed, the shower amenities, and (at Christmastime) the Christmas tree! Lisa was particularly accommodating this time, as I had forgotten to mention our pet when we signed up. PS Pizza Factory in town = great pizza!

Janet's place was quiet, peaceful, clean and safe. It was the perfect place to disconnect from our busy lives and my little dog was welcome to go too. We enjoyed not having a tv, it gave us more quality family time. We will stay again !!!

Great location for our trip. Easy drive to nearby waterfalls. Very nice area with great views of Mount Shasta.

The cabin was as advertised, private, clean and well maintained. Meghan was there when I arrived and was super friendly and very helpful. The area is very quiet and peaceful and steps to the Trinity River. I would recommend the cabin to family and friends. Thanks, Meghan!

Really enjoyed the stay at Ripple Creek #6. Megan and Peter were very helpful and responsive. Many outdoor activities for the kids: - ping pong - swing set - badmiten - horse shoes - lots of bicycles It felt more substantial than many cabins I have stayed in. I would go back again.

Bonanza King Cabin is such a gem for anyone who would like to spent precious time with love ones. Janelle and her husband is very accommodating. Super clean, well organize and complete amenities. I would like to come again and bring the rest of my family here. The creek is super close few steps only and super special place to be where you can experience nature calmness and peace. There are lots of chairs , swing close to the creek plus their basketball court too. We didn’t have to drive around the area because we enjoyed just staying inside the cabin or within the resort. Our drive is well worth it. Thank you for Janelle family for making this a great place to be.

Our family absolutely loved Whispering Pines! We came for an emotional visit combined with my youngest daughters 24th birthday! It was perfect and the rooms were more than expected and the living space was cozy and comfortable. The kids had so much fun in the loft area playing games and hide and seek…We felt right at home! The deck outside is perfect as well although we would get off the lake a bit late and so we wanted to be outside later than sundown and there was only a security light that we kept jumping up to turn back on! Some string lights would be awesome- also we weren’t very good with the traeger and ended up using the oven … would’ve loved a basic barbecue. Overall our family voted this to be the best place we’ve rented at Trinity so far and Brianne is awesome and responsive - you can see this is a labor of love for her and their family!

The cabin was super cute and private with beautiful surroundings. My stay was very peaceful and enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying again the next time I am in the area.
