A quiet retreat in the heart of north county. This ocean view "sunset chalet" sits atop a hill on a 2.5 acre ranch w/3 houses - minutes from everything. Enjoy a private pickleball game right outside the front door. Fun nest swing. This guest house is a short drive to the closest beaches or Legoland. 2 queen beds, a bunkbed, optional pack-n-play, a large, eat-in kitchen, in-house laundry, a large walk-in closet, and a front porch with views that go on forever. Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. Included in your stay of 3 days or more can be a complimentary wine tasting at the beautiful Fallbrook Winery, ($40 value) or with a 2 day stay, a 2 for 1 tasting.

Relax and unwind on a small family farm and cherimoya grove of over 100 cherimoya fruit trees. Interact with, feed, and hold the resident chickens, and bring treats for the two pigs! The room’s balcony overlooks the cherimoya grove and paddock. Located just outside of San Elijo Hills, the property is a close drive to Encinitas downtown and beaches, LEGOLAND, and San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park. While the farm feels far away, about a mile away are a grocery store, coffee shop, and wine bar.
