We are ten minutes from Pátzcuaro, in a very quiet place but easily accessible too, very close to the pier of Janitzio Island.

Beautiful home with all amenities, very safe area within a short walk of downtown, plaza, and all main attractions, fully furnished, indoor parking for 3 vehicles, full kitchen, two fireplaces, patio, terrace , two living rooms, soaking tub, washer and drier, 4 smart TVs and fast Wifi! There is also a convenience store next door, and an Oxxo a couple blocks away. House hosts up to 9 guest. However, there is an adjacent studio that host up to 5, which can also be booked here.

2-story wooden cabin with exceptional lake view. It is located on the edge of the cobblestone road. Between Zirahuen and the community of Copandaro, just before reaching the Troje de Ala restaurant. It has a large living room and garden. In addition to a small cabin that is entered by means of a suspension bridge. It has outdoor lighting ideal for long evenings. As well as a wood-burning oven and a barbecue. The property is NOT on the lake shore.

The casita had a fabulous location for a visit to Patzcuaro. We loved the garden space and the terrace upstairs. The kitchen was also very well equipped. I came with a car and a dog and the garden was perfect for the dog and there was always a parking spot out front. The house is on a hilltop. So When you walk to the town center, you walk down about 3 flights of stairs and on the return you climb back up.

A spacious living area features large glass windows that provide ample natural light and scenic views. Two comfortable sofas are arranged around a sleek coffee table, and decorative lighting fixtures hang from the ceiling, adding to the modern aesthetic.

Beautiful home in quiet street, definitely a safe place to stay. The courtyard was helpful in keeping our dogs and car safe, there are high metal doors and walls. The inside is tastefully decorated, we loved it. It's quite a walk to centro, better to stay here if you are traveling by car. We would stay here again.

The place is very nice, very quiet and everything is clean and in good condition, it is really worth a getaway to rest in the nice rooms/cabins with a fireplace and a beautiful view in the place, we will be back soon, just bring everything to prepare your coffee with fire and not with electricity.

Victoria's place is beautifully done and a lovely place for a short or long stay. Her hospitality is so welcoming and each question I had was immediately and thoughtfully attended to. A note for remote workers-the internet speed posed no problems. I could broadcast video and stream without interruption. I stayed a month here and hope to be back again soon.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, all amenities, very good service. the location cost us to locate it, but finally, everything was very good. Very comfortable stay, had ample parking.

Everything is very quiet, the place is excellent. Everything is very comfortable, the host is always attentive to everything.

This is one of those Airbnb’s that’s nicer than the pictures. The quality of the furnishings and decor are high. Thanks to Victoria, Luis, Tom and the Hotel Casa Encantada staff for a wonderful month in Patzcuaro.

El Colibrí ~ Walk to Plaza Grande ~ King-size Bed!

Victoria has an artistic eye and has done an absolutely remarkable remodel job. This place is gorgeous, peaceful and well maintained. I love the hummingbirds and balcony spaces. It’s affordable and walkable to the center, markets and cafes. It’s comfy, wifi is fast and reliable, temperature stays consistent inside and the hot water is such a plus! I cannot recommend it enough.

Alejandra is an excellent host, very kind, super willing, she helps you with whatever you need, she communicates instantly when you need something. The accommodation is very nice, with an impressive garden, it is a very safe place, with your private parking space. For long stays, highly recommended for the price. We booked it for a full month and the price was very good. Alejandra, thank you very much.
