Gary was fantastic to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. He even sent us some Pepsi and Chips for letting a maintenance man come install a new timer while we were there. We will be back, thanks a lot Gary❤️

Beautiful home and peaceful neighborhood! We only stayed for one night, but overall the home was very clean and pleasant.

The place is everything that we expected and more. It was like a resort. Everyone had a great time.

Susan’s place was great, really peaceful, we had canoes and barbecues and a place called the freezer just down the road, a short bike ride away, ice cream bar everyone in in area is super friendly, we’d totally recommend it to anyone. A great place to stay.

This cabin was honestly one of my favorite Air BNBs I have ever visited! The decor is so cute and cozy, and the surroundings are incredibly peaceful. The cabin has all the comforts of home while being in a gorgeous natural setting. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard facing the water, the deck, and the movies and games provided. The bedroom loft was my favorite and so comfy. It has a great view of the water. We had so much fun visiting the springs in the area and going for a swim. Silver Glen springs was our absolute favorite and so beautiful. Several other springs were within 20 minutes or less. We also were about an hour from Mount Dora, a fun historic town with lots of places to eat and shop. If you want to stay in a peaceful, quiet getaway close to the springs and forest, I highly recommend staying here!

This is a great cabin!!! It was perfect for my husband, 3 kids & our pups! It's in a peaceful and private neighborhood. My son loved having the basketball hoop! The dock is amazing! Having easy access to put our kayaks in the water (instead of always driving to somewhere) was awesome! We saw gators, fish, turtles and beautiful birds! Its also an easy drive to several Springs The house has all the comforts of home. We just had to supply the groceries! Overall, this was a fun, relaxing, and beautiful cabin. Peter is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would love to stay here again!

This is our second time coming to Brock’s beautiful place in the summer. The kids absolutely love being able to go out in the springs any time of the day. We love to eat at Swampys, going antique shopping, renting a boat, and most of all relaxing at this lovely home. We hope to be back next summer!

I absolutely loved Nancy’s place!!! It was so peaceful and the pool was a plus of course, she was so kind and courteous, the koi fish were breathtaking and I really enjoyed feeding them and watching them! The fenced in area was perfect for my dogs they were so happy I think they were sad to leave! Definitely a place I will be coming back to!!

We absolutely adored this place! It was so peaceful during the day, and while you might hear an occasional airboat or see someone fishing, the boat traffic was pretty light, especially since the water level was lower than usual, according to our friendly neighbor. We were aware that there were gators around, but we never spotted any—they apparently like to keep a low profile during the day! My favorite spot in the house was definitely the sun porch. While my little one was napping, I loved grabbing my coffee and a good book to relax in my comfy little "nook." The rest of the family enjoyed their time by the water and on the dock, catching fish and making great memories. We can’t wait to come back! Only thing was the toilet squealed the first night all night but her husband was nice enough to come look at it ! It didn’t fix it but it made it better the next night and stopped for a while. Other than that we had an amazing stay and I would 100% come back!

Me, my wife and our best couple friends went to get away for a few nights to just hang out! This place was amazing. Miriam and Ishmael were super responsive and friendly even bringing us eggs from their chickens! Their home is beautiful, pool is lovely and property is amazing! Honestly felt like a little home away from home or that I was staying at my grandparents house, which is an odd thing to be able to say about an Airbnb host. Super grateful for this place and will definitely go back! Dollar General five minutes around the corner that is actually really nice! The area is beautiful. You will love it.

A Perfect Lakeside Getaway! We had the most wonderful stay at this charming little boathouse on Lake Dora! From the moment we arrived, the space felt incredibly inviting and warm — the perfect lakeside retreat. The view of the lake was stunning and peaceful, making it easy to relax and unwind. Natalie, our host, was fantastic — so responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. It really made the whole experience even better. Our furry travel companion, Romeo, absolutely loved it too! The boathouse was very dog-friendly, which made our stay feel even more like home. Plus, the location couldn’t be better — just a short stroll to downtown with all its cute shops, cafes, and charm. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back!

Nice little cottage tucked away and away from people very quiet and relaxing place charming cottage very clean and just big enough for two people Very easy process for our first air bnb and the owners were great to work with The yard was very nice for the dog he is older so it was just big enough for him to sniff. Location to get to things local is great and very good restaurants nearby Would recommend

If you want to restart and refresh, this is the right place for you. The farm is charming.

We really loved staying here, went for rest and it was so peaceful there. Husband fished and fished loved the lake. House was very clean and nice, so many extras in the kitchen. We will be back. Great neighbors on both sides.

This was one of our very favorite rentals ever! The pictures do not do the home justice. It’s very nicely equipped and decorated. We felt very at home and didn’t want to leave. I could sit on the porch there for hours. And we enjoyed the snacks provided also! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The Villages Patio Villa location and lease are extremely great values and options to hotel and motel costs in the area. Questions were answered in detail and timely by the host and ABNB web-site. Use of amenities, recreation centers, pools, chip and putting greens and courses (etc), and the availability of a golf cart were a plus as a guest of the host who processed guest cards to visit and use Village facilities of choice prior to arrival. A few minor items that need attention would greatly enhance and make this ABNB rental an even much better villa and home for its guests. That said, we would strongly consider leasing this villa again in the future for a longer length of time. We appreciate the host and ABNB for allowing us to lease this rental as a base of operations for our business in Polk County and vacation in The Villages to learn and experience all it has to offer for residents and guests alike! Was in town for a few days to work. I felt right at home. The space was very relaxing, clean and peaceful. Had to bring the dog with me on this work trip and had a great big fenced in backyard. Plus, it was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Hardly any traffic and was easy to take the dog for a walk in the morning and the evening. I will definitely stay here again if it is available next time I’m in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Very friendly and felt right at home. Super clean and loved looking at all the animals, loved the stories when we asked. They gave us privacy but we loved visiting with the hostesses. Super nice ppl and we will def stay there again, plus we left knowing we had new friends. She was quick and responsive if we needed something. She was very accommodating!!!!

We had such a peaceful and memorable time staying on this beautiful piece of land. Our group of 4 adults and 1 child stayed in the RV, which was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — but what really made this stay special was the property itself. Waking up to the sounds of nature, feeding the animals, and being surrounded by open land felt like the perfect reset. The little furry friends were such a highlight, especially for the little one in our group. It was heartwarming to be able to interact with them, feed them, and just enjoy their presence throughout our stay. Evenings by the campfire were peaceful and grounding — just sitting under the stars, talking, and enjoying the quiet. It’s not often you find a place that offers this kind of connection to both nature and stillness. The location is great too — tucked away, but still close enough to springs, trails, and even some fun attractions if you're up for a short drive. The host was friendly and made sure we felt welcome.

This home is absolutely beautiful and a joy to stay in. The lanai is fabulous and we spent many hours out there. The view is wonderful overlooking a pond and a golf green. Very peaceful to sit out there. Nisa was extremely responsive to any issues that we had. If fact she went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. She has it dialed in on how to be an exceptional host. The house was decorated so cute! You are close to lots of great restaurants, shops and Publix. I can't wait to stay here again in the future.
