Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lake Ouachita

Absolutely wonderful stay at Robert’s place. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the screened in patio. The beds are extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. Very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The large TV’s in every room are awesome. Lots of games, puzzles, dvd’s and a fully equipped kitchen. Literally could not ask for anything more. Can’t wait until we visit again next time!

As this was our first AirBNB rental, I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect… however, Shannon’s listing and pictures of the property had my expectations pretty high. And then the actual experience exceeded them! Beautiful home, amazing view and imho the perfect location for discreet lake access, privacy, quiet and ease of coming and going. I find myself imagining what it would be like to live here with what feels like an awesome treehouse view looking south toward the water. Everyone who saw the Yurt this weekend was impressed. Convenient to Hot Springs while still feeling like you’re tucked away in your own secret world off the beaten path. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Eric was a great host. Communicated quickly and efficiently whenever something came up. Like letting us know ahead of time the bad flooding in Arkansas had damaged the dock and offered a full refund if we chose to go somewhere else. The house was just as described and the whole family loved the hot tub, pool table, and nice porch sitting. Also very well furnished, and good central location to Hot Springs. The neighborhood coming in was a little sketchy, but the house is up and away from it so we never felt in danger or bothered. Great overall experience and would recommend.

Our stay at Manav's home was great from start to finish. Our family of 8 enjoyed everything. Communication was clear and incredibly helpful. All the necessary details were provided for a smooth check-in/out and there’s a guestbook offering local recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and places to go. The property itself was beautifully decorated and felt incredibly welcoming. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, and the stunning views. The location was perfect. It was out of the way and private with easy access to downtown and everything you could want or need.

Peaceful, private home with a beautiful view and nice outdoor space. Open space in the house, great for gathering as a group.

This is our third time staying at Onion Holler and it was just as great as the previous two! It’s such a peaceful area and the creek provides hours of fun for our kids. Thank you so much and we will definitely be staying again ❤️

My husband and I took our two sons (4yr and 1yr) and Kristi’s place was perfect! There was a lot more space than we anticipated and the lake was very nice. We brought our kayaks and swam in the lake quite a bit. We definitely want to book with Kristi again!!

The Hideaway was perfect for my husband and I to take our two young granddaughters on our annnual trip! It was safe and the surroundings were beautiful. The chipmunks and deer were extra special.

Our host Deborah was amazing. Very helpful with things to do in town. Cabin was clean and neat. The room was connected to the lake house that host was staying in but still felt private.

Ideal spot for our first time to our Hot Springs! Walking distance to Bathhouse Row and everything downtown. Cozy, yet spacious loft with all the amenities. Elegant, without being stuffy. Would definitely stay here for a comfortable night or two if when we visit again. Thanks for everything, y’all!

Beautiful and relaxing stay. Place was very clean and spacious, we appreciated the pool and sauna area as well which weren’t busy on a weekend in late May. The only thing was the office was closed all weekend so we weren’t able to do any of the activities offered like mini golf, kayaking, or paddle boating but everything else was available and we had a great time nonetheless. Also, the garbage from the previous stay was still there (to the side of the back porch) and it smelled a bit so I mentioned it to Candace. She offered to pick it up but never did which wasn’t a big deal but I hope they make sure to do that in the future.

Great location to the town and Wegner Crystal Mines. Cozy place to relax and sleep. Very clean

This apartment was absolutely perfect for us! Very pretty and so spacious. We had two couples and the best four days in Hot Springs.

this was the best vacation my husband and I ever took!!! we had a blast....these few days were sweet and were definitely gifted from up above🤗🤪 Our host was awesome & we are already wanting to plan another vacation with them real soon! Lexy’s place was beautiful and in a great location. 10 to 15 minutes away from the mines. Walking distance to eat. And the rock washing station out back was perfect. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. The place was super clean and everything you would need. Looking forward to staying again when we plan our next Crystal hunting trip.

I Absolutley love this place! It’s so peaceful and pleasant. You have everything you need at disposal. The cabin is always clean and tidy. I love it. I love the handmade look and old time feel of the cabin. It takes me back to my childhood hood. The hot tub is an added bonus and the grill is one of my favorites because I love cooking outdoors in the evenings. The porch has the curtains for added privacy. There’s always a squirrel and a coon that comes to visit me and it just adds to my visit. I saw a deer this weekend while I was drinking coffee and it was awesome! Anna is always accommodating and very responsive. If you need anything she’s right there. I highly recommend this place! It’s one of my favorites. ❤️ Book it you won’t regret it !!! It’s secluded yet right in town too.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend and it was the perfect fit for our trip to Hot Springs! It seemed like everything was a 25 minute drive (Hot Springs National Park, Ouachita National Forest, Walmart, great restaurants, alligator farm entertainment, etc.) and the driving scenery was so beautiful. We even made it over to Little Rock! One of the best parts of this trip was getting to come back to the runaway train cabin to relax at night. The Fox Pass Cabin property is very well kept and each cabin is secluded and offers stellar privacy. We enjoyed having outdoor seating and a hot tub with cozy lighting in the trees and on the porch. The inside of the cabin was incredibly comfortable and well-outfitted with all we needed. We highly recommend this property to any couple or small group of friends looking for a cozy stay in the Hot Springs/Garland county area!

This weekend was planned out of no where and we were worried we wouldn’t find a place to stay! We found this little Gem and couldn’t have been happier from the price, the location, the privacy and amenities. It was perfect for our little get away between the 4 of us. The beds were clean, comfortable and felt right at home, the house when you walked in smelled so clean it was so inviting, the super easy to follow instructions were super great to make sure we did what we could to help with staying there! Having the go tub and looking out at the sunset just made all the good, fantastic, couldn’t have asked for a better place! 10/10 recommendation! Will definitely keep this on the list for future trips!

The Cozy Moose was exceptional! It is exactly what we needed to get away from every day life and live the mountain life for a couple days. Everything was as shown in pictures. Ms. Samantha is a wonderful hostess and very sweet! She is also very informational about recommendations on what to do, eat, see, etc! This place is definitely worth your viewing and stay for a romantic or for a couples getaway! 11/10 stars for sure! We love the Cozy Moose! 🫎❤️

Beautiful and peaceful cabin. A hidden gem, wish we could have stayed longer. Our host was very responsive, and made us feel welcome. We ate at Mr. Whiskers, and the food was great! We can't wait to come back.

The place was great. Clean, quiet, and peaceful. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck in the mornings and wine in the evenings. Lots of great hiking all around and downtown Hot Springs is 10-15 minutes away. Would recommend this place for a quiet, peaceful getaway.

The Wildcat Cabin was a great place to stay! So close to Hot Springs, but also out of the way and very quiet. It was an amazing little cabin with all the essentials. Very comfortable and affordable. During our stay, we were able to visit Jean Petit SP, Lake Catherine SP, Lake Ouachita SP, and Hot Springs NP without driving too far. Very centralized and accessible to many locations. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Lost Cabin at the Creek. The place was great for my family to relax and disconnect from every day life. There was plenty of ways to enjoy the beautiful surroundings-sit by the fire, play in the creek, play board games, relax on the porch. We even took some time away from the house to dig for crystals and hike to see a few falls. My kids loved the dogs. They are very friendly, but they do come and go as they please so it would be difficult to get rid of them if you are a bit skittish. Overall, a great place to get away from it all! Also, do remember, you’re in nature, bugs and creepy crawlies are everywhere…check yourself and your family for ticks!
