Green House Bled 1

In the past, Green House with big green garden was my parents' farmhouse. We ventured into tourism in 2017 by renting out a room. In 2021 we demolished the old house and built a new one. House is just 10 minutes walking to lake Bled. There are two apartments on the first floor, both have a balcony with separate entrances and there is a shared washing machine in the common hallway. Behind the house you can find free parking and safe place for your bikes. Free WI-FI 6 is available in the house.

A wooden terrace features a comfortable seating area with a blanket draped over a spacious bench. Lush green mountains and blue skies with scattered clouds provide a serene backdrop, creating an inviting outdoor space for relaxation.

Soca Valley - Just renovated

This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

A well-equipped kitchen features wooden countertops and white cabinetry. Natural light enters through two windows adorned with soft drapes. A dining table is positioned in one corner, accompanied by a cozy seating area on the opposite side, enhancing the functional space.

Klagenfurt und Villach sind ebenfalls nur 20 Minuten entfernt, was die Erkundung der Umgebung erleichtert. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Doppelbett und eine ausziehbare Wohnlandschaft für bis zu 4 Personen. Das Badezimmer bietet eine Badewanne und Dusche, und ein Schreibtisch steht zur Verfügung. Willkommen bei uns! 🙂

Passionately renovated Bright apartment (80m2) is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains. In front of the house, there is free parking and an outdoor chill space. Feel free also to use the garden. The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.
