Waterfront vacation rentals in Lake of Tunis

Sehr schöne Wohnung, der Strand ist nicht weit. Es ist sehr ruhig nachts. Ein paar Straßen weiter ist momentan noch eine riesen Baustelle, die man aber nicht wirklich wahrnimmt. Supermärkte und Restaurants liegen etwas enfernt, aber das wussten wir ja:) Sabrine versorgt einen gut mit Infos. Und Sabrine sorgt sogar dafür, dass in der Wohnung liegengebliebene Kuschelaffen wieder bei ihre Besitzerin landen:)

I enjoyed staying here the location is close to the beach and to the good restaurants as well. It’s easy to get to. Meher was very clear and communicative with good instructions as well. I would stay here again!

Khalil is a wonderful person, easy to communicate with, and responds surprisingly quickly. The house is very clean and exactly as pictured, with everything I needed. The terrace upstairs and the sea view are breathtaking. Restaurants and places to visit are within easy reach. I would gladly visit again.

Excellent accueil. Troisième réservation chez Raja, toujours un plaisir. Hôte très agréable et réactive. Proche de la plage et des commerces, mais très calme. Je reviendrai bientôt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm, ruhig und hat eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer - es ist sogar besser als auf den Fotos. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut. Direkt am Gebäude gibt es lokale Strände, in der Nähe sind Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants. Ich war sehr froh, nicht im Zentrum von Tunis, sondern hier in Le Kram oder in den benachbarten Vierteln wie La Goulette zu bleiben. Omar ist ein toller Gastgeber; er hat uns sehr geholfen, eine Auto-Werkstatt am Feiertag zu finden. Vielen herzlichen Dank, Omar!

Redissi was the most communicative, helpful host I have had. He went above and beyond in every way, made excellent recommendations for places to go and to eat and his place is delightfully decorated and in a great spot. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Dommage de n’avoir échangé que par message. Nous avons regretté l’absence de bouilloire électrique et de torchons. Nous l’avons signalé mais sans succès. Il manque au moins une chaise dans chaque chambre pour pouvoir poser ses affaires . Sinon c’était très bien

We had a great four-day stay! The host was very kind—she waited for us even though we arrived late. The location is perfect, right next to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is cosy and had everything we needed, including towels, kitchenware, a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. My kids loved it! The TV had all the channels, including Netflix and Prime, which was a nice bonus. The watchman was also very helpful and kept an eye on the car, even late at night. The host kindly allowed a late check-out since our flight was later.I would definitely recommend it!

l emplacement et ideal, 100m de la plage, 300m du petit port de sidi bou said pour prendre un jus frais pressé le matin et sami un hote trés prevenant, de bon conseil et acceuillant,je recommande sans hesitations jean-philippe

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Youssef. Il est un excellent hôte, toujours disponible et pas avide de conseils. L‘appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et était propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée. Nous avions à dispostion tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le quartier est calme (à l‘exception de quelques chiens errants, qui parfoit font un peu de bruit), on y vit agréablement. A recommander!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la marsa, le logement de khansa est très bien situé, très bien équipé et la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Les informations communiquées par Khansa nous ont été très utiles. Merci 🌞

This place is probably the most beautiful that we have stayed in. It is just amazing, beautifully furnished, great art work, very traditional, it felt like we had our own private palace. It is situated in the centre of Sidi Bou Said, but nevertheless still quiet and private. Sayma was a really responsive host and accommodating with our late check in and out. We got a real taste of Tunisia in this wonderful home and would highly recommend it

Appartement cosy qui correspond aux photos. Parfait pour notre séjour. la terrasse est canon! Appartement les pieds dans l'eau. Quartier calme, à proximité du centre ville à pied. Merci à Émilie pour sa réactivité et sa souplesse pour notre départ !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Moncef, la proximité avec la mer est très agréable! L’appartement est spacieux avec nos deux enfants. Petit coup de cœur pour les tortues du jardin, qui ont été très appréciées par les enfants.

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

Tout était parfait, l’hôte était super. La piscine est partagés avec les autres airbnb de la villa mais nous étions pratiquement toujours seul à en profiter. Très agréable le petit déjeuner proposé ! Merci encore

We had a nice time at Mehdi’s flat which is very well located. The check in and check out were also easy.
