Ben's place in San Juan Del Sur exceeded our expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking – we were lucky enough to enjoy both stunning sunrises and sunsets from our balcony or the rooftop pool. It was truly magical. The location was ideal; just a quick drive into town, giving us the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to restaurants and activities. Ben was an exceptional host, incredibly responsive, and his staff were equally helpful. We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. As parents traveling with a 10-month-old, safety and comfort were paramount. We felt completely secure and at ease, which made our vacation truly relaxing. The beautiful pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the stunning scenery. We highly recommend Ben's place for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in San Juan Del Sur. It's especially wonderful for families!

El hospedaje es muy agradable, tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia cómoda. Se puede caminar a la playa y al Cristo, hay una tienda de conveniencia cerca y Franklin está siempre atento a resolver cualquier situación.

Jorge and his parents were the kindest and most welcoming hosts you could imagine. They brought us coffee and fruits in the morning and were always there to help if we needed anything. The room was nice and clean and we felt very comfortable. It is a bit far from most places but Jorge helped us to rent scooters and with those we were able to get everywhere really fast. Overall our stay was a very pleasant. I recommend if you want to experience authentic life in Nicaragua :)

The place was wonderful. It was well furnished and very clean. The people were very courteous and Rodolfo was a wonderful host, responded quickly and I felt like he was always within my reach although I didn't even meet him. I will definitely stay there again. My only complaint if any is that it is kind of away from the City and I didn't find many places to eat or go for entertainment. Other than that I absolutely loved the place.

Been here twice. Always a good spot to stay. Close to the clubhouse and they added a new little pool for the condos so that’s a huge bonus.

Great location, the apartment is exactly what I thought it would be, clean, nice, stylish, organized. Benjamin is very responsive and friendly! Can’t complain! I come often to SJDS and definitely will be back at this place! I recommend it 1000%

Clean, good value, good location, helpful host

We enjoyed staying at cabañas lobotece. The big veranda is awesome to hang out and it’s a peaceful place away from busy town. Loved the brick interior too, great functional use of space🙂 staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you 🤩

Primero me gustaría mencionar que Juan Pablo y Uri fueron geniales de inicio a fin, hubo un pequeño percance al inicio de la estadía pero lo resolvieron sumamente rápido, con excelente actitud y nos retribuyeron con creces el pequeño inconveniente. Estamos especialmente agradecidos con Uri por su rápida y excelente atención. Les deseamos el mejor de los éxitos para el 2025 en el cual seguramente regresaremos! Les recomiendo muchísimo hospedarse acá!

We stayed at Lauren's condo for 2 nights. We have stayed in this condo building before but in a different unit. Lauren's unit is very clean. There's a nice breeze from the patio, so you don't really need to use the AC in the living room/kitchen area. The condo is very spacious and more than enough space for 5 people. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are ok. The kitchen is clean, bathrooms are clean, and the AC's worked well. The water was hot too which is nice. We didn't use the kitchen because we mainly ate out at restaurants so I cannot comment on that. The fridge worked well. The pool at the building is nice and refreshing when you are so hot from walking around town. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend renting this unit as everything went well.

We had a great time in Playa el Coco. Melanie's place is right on the beautiful beach, and also has a pool that was perfect for our little kiddos. The place was clean and we felt very safe. Melanie, and the property manager Noel, were very responsive and quick to help to ensure we had a great time. Thanks for the memories!

I love it when I can walk a mile on a beach and generally see no more than 3 dozen people the whole time. There were always surfers enjoying the great waves and the water is never calm which meant I felt better in the pool. There were several restaurants which made it nice for night dining. There's a 9 hole golf course and once you pay for 9 you can play as many holes as you want. It was always possible to go to the office with a question or text them and they were responsive.

This spot in Nicaragua is an absolute gem. It was our first trip as a family (my wife and our 10-month-old baby), and we all had a blast. Angela, our host, took care of all the logistics for getting to and from the airport, ensuring a stress-free arrival. You can run from the patio straight to one of the best waves in southern Nicaragua. The brand new private pool for guests was perfect for our baby, especially since the community pool can get crowded and noisy. Pili's restaurant and bar is just a 60-second walk from the unit, and we went often for yummy food. All the amenities are exactly as described, providing everything we needed. We needed special items for our baby, and Angela and her team sourced exactly what we needed. This was a game changer! It's a great spot for a family or a strict surf trip. We are already planning our next trip here (staying longer this time)! We had an incredible experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nicaragua.

Great spot. Pool was amazing after swimming in the salt all day. Rooms were quiet, a/c was cold. Erwin helped get me lined up even though he was out of the country. It was nice knowing there was security at night because the location is by itself. The market was a kilometer away which was convenient for us. Would recommend renting a car or truck for exploring all the local beaches and restaurants. Rentals are cheap in NIC and well worth it.

My friends and I loved staying here. The apartment is located in a central place in San Juan. We loved the private balcony that oversees the bay. I would say that it also looks better in person than in the photos. The staff at the apartment were very friendly as well

The condo was very clean, comfortable in all ways, extremely well outfitted, and exactly as described and pictured. The view was simply stunning and the pool is lovely. Having good showers was much appreciated, as was having a washer and dryer. Communication was excellent. As others have noted, it is at the end of the beach, but you can get into town by walking on the beach, which takes about 20 minutes. At night you must take a cab back, which cost us $10 each time. We had no idea how to anticipate the cost of the electricity we used, but it ended up being about $11/day (after we worked hard to keep it to a minimum).
