Enjoy a stylish experience in this new design apartment. You will have amazing views from the 18.floor (sunrises are particularly beautiful if you are an early bird :). If you are a night owl, switch on the fireplace and enjoy the night views. If you are coming by car, a free underground parking is awaiting you. 2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert und meiner 4 Sonnen AVA Appartementanlage hinzugefügt. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Die Räumlichkeiten sind modern und hell eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.
