Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Welcome to Strohlehm'zhaus, where the combination of wood, clay, and straw not only creates extraordinary architecture but also offers an eco-friendly and cozy atmosphere. The accommodation is centrally located: 2 km to the lake, 200m to the vineyards, 1 km to the train station, and 1 km to the bike path (National Park). It's the perfect starting point for many excursions: thermal baths, Mörbisch festival, outlet shopping, and Vienna.

The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

The house perfectly accomodates up to three couples, two families or a group of up to 7 guests - or use it as your home office at the lake. Enjoy the sauna and afterwards dive into the lake. Enjoy water and sun on your private sundeck or from the terrace upstairs. Have dinner with friends and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace.

Enjoy your vacation at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Apartments AVA, newly renovated vacation rentals in 2023. AVA 1 is a 60 m² apartment on the second floor of the main building. The apartment is intended for 4 people and consists of two spacious bedrooms, a combined kitchen/living room, a small entrance area and a bathroom with toilet. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have their own terrace with side lake view. The distance to the lake is 250 m.

Small summer house on Lake Neusiedl

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Glamping = GLamorous Camping, the new trend: back to nature and simplicity, yet comfortable. Peace, seclusion, freedom, lake, grilling, fishing, reading, boating, surfing, sailing, cycling, wine, bush taverns, Burgenland, pile building. The big red electric boat has two big batteries and a strong 800 watt engine. It is a classic Fronius boat, which would usually cost 70 EUR/day rental at the harbor. The boat is included in the nightly price.
