Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Unique designer apartment located in Spa Residenz Neusiedl with direct access to private SPA area consisting of indoor pool, relax rooms, several saunas and outdoor pool, which are free to access. Apartment is super quite. You can enjoy your drinks on a balcony overlooking the SPA area. Our apartment is directly on a cycling route. Bicycles can be stored in the private room next to our apartment. Lake Neusiedlersee is in walking distance 10 min and Shopping Outlet Parndorf only 5 Min drive.

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Premises: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay.
