Enjoy your vacation at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Apartments AVA, newly renovated vacation rentals in 2023. AVA 1 is a 60 m² apartment on the second floor of the main building. The apartment is intended for 4 people and consists of two spacious bedrooms, a combined kitchen/living room, a small entrance area and a bathroom with toilet. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and have their own terrace with side lake view. The distance to the lake is 250 m.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. The apartment is located in the back of a hotel. It has a separate entrance and a private parking space with electric charging stations. Of course, with air conditioning, a small kitchen, shower and toilet. One bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. The apartment is accessible via a staircase on the 1st floor.
