This is a lovely 640 square foot, mother in law apt on a 5 acres estate, It's very private, quiet and safe with a private entrance. The traffic is light and contact with people is non-existent. Four rooms with a Queen bedroom, A full size pull out sofa in the sitting room, a kitchenette with laundry facilities and a full bath with shower. We are 20 min from downtown Mpls. Off street parking.

Impeccably clean unit in walking distance to Lake St, coffee shops, bookstore, grocery, restaurants and nature/lakes as well. Conrade was a responsive host: easy and thorough communication. Fixed the exterior light issue as soon as it was flagged. As others shared noise from footsteps and kitty cat playing above though nothing that kept me from resting. Ear plugs or sound app helped. Would absolutely recommend! Thanks. Warm, safe and comfortable.

My fiancé and I stayed there overnight and we were able to get a lot of activities in! The trail was beautiful and the canoe ride on the lake had an outstanding view and was very peaceful. At night you have a wonderful view of the stars and the bench on the dock was a perfect place to watch the sun go down.

Loved staying here with my family while dropping in for a quick visit in the twin cities. The lakes district is absolutely stunning, the architecture of the surrounding neighborhoods is hypnotizing. Staying here you’re located on a block away from Cedar lake and within striking distance of downtown MPLS. If you’re a runner/walker/biked the trail access is incredible. Access to the backyard area is quite nice in the summer as well! Thanks for hosting our lovely weekend! Cheers.

I can't say enough about this house. I is tucked away in the woods next to a lake. There is a walking path that goes over a bridge and around the lake that was perfect for the morning walk. The décor is very retro, but it has enough technology to make it still be convenient. We loved the place.

Wonderful place! This is a quiet home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The photos don't do it justice. It's a light-filled, beautifully-appointed space sheltered by leafy green trees on the front deck. There are many thoughtful touches throughout. The beds and linens are soft and cozy. Good water pressure. Very clean! The apartment is centrally located and just a short drive to so many great restaurants, bakeries, attractions. It's a short walk to beautiful Lake Bde Maka Ska--great for running, walking or biking around! Chris was a very responsive host. He was available to answer any question we had and did so quickly. This AirBnB was a great choice for us! Thank you for letting us stay here, Chris and Jon!

We were staying for Mother’s Day weekend. My grown daughter and myself. It was a cute quiet place not far from many amenities. A bit hard to find but once we were there we felt at home. It’s in an alley. Kara showed up with fresh baked cookies and extras like coffee and creamers and snacks. We checked in a little early or she would have had these stocked beforehand. Very nice! Everything is well thought out here! If you forgot something, chances are, they’re in the extra basket for you to use and have! Very nice toiletries for showering. Thank you for the wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the accommodations! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless and a short stroll to the adorable town of Excelsior!! It is located in a very nice neighborhood dotted with beautiful historic homes and walking distance to Lake Minnetonka and the park that overlooks the lake. Kris was very responsive and gave excellent recommendations for sites to see and places to eat. Would definitely recommend staying here and exploring the area!
