Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Lake Malone

We had the best stay! The location is absolutely beautiful, the lake views are magnificent. We had plenty of room for our two families. The kitchen has anything you could ever need for cooking. There were plenty of towels in the kitchen and bathrooms, King size bed was very comfortable. We brought our kayaks and enjoyed spending time on the lake. Neighbors are super friendly, and we can't wait to return. Stacy was excellent in communicating check in details and answering any questions we had.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time here! It was great to have all the space to spread out and also have common spaces to watch TV and play games! The place is beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were happy to only be 1 hour from Nashville, TN, as well. And, Jason and Rachael were responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

We were on the go quite a bit but were still able to enjoy the lake with the kayaks and some fishing as well! Was worried about bugs and critters due to lake life but not one found! Everything was kept very clean! Comfy couch and beds were appreciated! Pulling in to beautiful lights around the home and fire pit was a plus as well. Overall great location, great price and great experience on the lake!

I travelled from Illinois to meet family from Alabama for Thanksgiving. It cut everyone's travel time in half. We brought with us all of our groceries and made all our traditional Thanksgiving favorites in the well equipped kitchen. We spent 2 days enjoying family time with a view of the lake. The last night we roasted hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. One other comment everyone had was the excellent quality and number of towel available.

We (including our dog) loved our Memorial Day long weekend stay and Kristy and Kenney's beautiful lakehouse. We felt right at home, and loved being right by the lake. The home was spacious and impeccably clean and had everything we wanted and needed. We enjoyed the short, peaceful walk to and from the Shady Cliff restaurant. Kristy and Kenney were amazing hosts that were very responsive to our questions and went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay--which we absolutely did. We look forward to returning to this property for our next long weekend in Kentucky.

Returning customer and we can’t wait to book again! This place is a hidden gem that we don’t want to share. Wish it was our own. Tim always goes above and beyond. He’s full of fishing tips, facts about the area, nature and great with his recommendations of things to do around Drakesboro. We had an awesome time and are looking for free time on our calendar to visit again soon!

Great stay! A little hard to find since it was so far back in the woods, but we loved it!

My children & grandchildren & I celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday. A very great place for family time! Very roomy & cozy! Our host was very responsive & helpful! We all loved it and can’t wait to get together again! ♥️

Beautiful Rustic home with lots of sleeping space. Had lots of useful utensils and pans for making Christmas dinner for the family. Peaceful porches for sitting and downstairs was very quiet every morning to just sit at the big table and look outside. Would be nice if there was a TV downstairs somewhere for watching Christmas movies since we had one person with a walker who could not climb the stairs to join the family for that but all worked out fine in the end. The peaceful time was a plus

Truly beautiful location. Peaceful and quiet. My husband and grandsons had a wonderful time fishing in the private lake. It was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind.

This place was right up our alley! We loved everything from the coziness of the cabin to the quiet privacy of the back woods and lakes. Tim and his wife were accommodating and just overall down to earth great people. We are so glad to have gotten to meet them. We definitely plan to come stay again! Our Buddy also was one happy doggo and would like to come back as well. Great stay! Great people!
