Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lake Magdalene

This is a great place to stay in the Tampa area, it is directly in the center of everything. Gulf beaches are about 30 minutes to the Northwest. Ybor city is a few minutes drive and Downtown Tampa is close as well. The Casino (Hard Rock) is about 10 minutes away. And the coolest thing for us was The Core Revival Center is about 3 easy minutes away, I will be recommending this to all who are going there. The place is wonderfully kept, the neighbors are great and waking up to our own neighborhood wild rooster was cool too. I cannot recommend it enough. We had burgers at the C House restaurant (about 5 minutes away) and they were really good.

Lina was super helpful and friendly. The place was close to Busch Gardens . I It was perfect for a family of 4 and very clean.

Toni was very responsive and had great communication throughout our stay. The house was exactly as described in the pictures. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I really appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with him. Would definitely stay again!

Manuela’s place exceeded our expectations, and made our family’s celebration even more special. We had a small gathering, and the shops and stores nearby made it so much less stressful. Great spot easily accessible to downtown while away from hustle and crowds. Beautiful neighborhood with a walking park along the river just a few blocks away. Backyard and indoor space provided a great environment for our wedding party to prepare, get dressed, take wonderful family photos--all before heading to the wedding venue. Plenty of bedroom space for overnight guests. WiFi was great (hugely important to me). Eric met us at the house to show us around, tell us about the place and how amenities worked, and point out where we should head to for eats and supplies. I don't use AirBnB often and based on this experience, I am most likely to use it more. Thank you!!

Great place, pool was very nice. Rooms were nice. We stayed with our young kids and there weren’t plastic plates/ cups, but they were careful with the glassware. Fridge was very updated and nice as well as tvs in all the rooms and living room. Great lounging couch. Overall we would stay again.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. So well thought out and decorated. Entertaining is a breeze with the outdoor spaces. They’ve done a lavish job with the thoughtfulness and the interior touches! Very helpful with any suggestions and responsive immediately with any questions I had. Book this place, it’s really perfect.

Teresa was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. She was friendly and left us snacks and drinks. Everything you need is in the home. No complaints whatsoever.

Just like the pictures and description. Lots of driveway space and clear instructions. Responsive and accommodating hosts, perfect little apartment for a few people close to downtown. We didn’t feel crammed at all!

Great condo. You have to keep touching the black pad above the main door handle to get the key pad to come on. Love the lake and pool. Elevator was out of service but wasn’t an issue for us. Quiet safe are and hosts responded quickly when we had questions or needed more supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay! Perfect location that is walkable for a concert or NFL game.

David's flat is well appointed, clean, and very much in sync with what is posted in the listing. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or long-term stay. David and his spouse were so welcoming to me. I had the opportunity to visit with them several times over my stay and that was wonderful. As an aside, being a dog-lover myself, I also was able to have fun interface with their their two remarkably friendly dogs Kitty and Meatball. All in all a great stay in the Tampa area.

This place was idyllic for the five kiddos 6 and under and 4 adults we had for a fun kick off to summer vacation. They thought of everything at this house to make it very family friendly: step stools, kid sized toilet seats, playroom, changing tables, noise machines, child locks on cupboards, pool toys, etc. We were blown away! And the location was perfection. 10 min and you’re at the serene Honey Moon Island; not much further to downtown Dunedin and then Clearwater beach. Truly the best stay for our summer beach vacation.

The homeowners were fantastic. They were responsive to all my text messages. Had an issue with the AC freezing up the first day. And they were out right away within an hour of he reached out to him to fix it. That was back up and going within an hour. I had a family emergency and I had to go back and they were very accommodating. I would recommend this house anymore and I will stay there again.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

Fantastic stay! The 3BR/3BA home was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops in downtown Clearwater Beach. We especially loved the rooftop seating area and firepit. The host was excellent and very responsive. Highly recommend!
