Lake side house rentals in Lake Kerr

We had a great time at Brianna's lakehouse. This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable Airbnbs I've stayed in. Thank you, Brianna, for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home on a perfect lake - I rented both houses for a shared bachelor week, and every was amazing. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, including setting us up with 7 kayaks. The houses were both better than they looked in the pictures, with large modern kitchens and nice furniture. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Lastly, the docks are great, and there are lots of birds and fish around. Sunsets and sunrises were beautiful, and the property was largely shaded so it was pretty cool throughout the day. There was a bunch of parking.

amazing place to stay with a private slip for the boat. multiple place to take the boat and have dinner, drinks and live entertainment. Very quiet neighborhood and had no issues. Great experience!! Highly recommend!

This is a great cabin!!! It was perfect for my husband, 3 kids & our pups! It's in a peaceful and private neighborhood. My son loved having the basketball hoop! The dock is amazing! Having easy access to put our kayaks in the water (instead of always driving to somewhere) was awesome! We saw gators, fish, turtles and beautiful birds! Its also an easy drive to several Springs The house has all the comforts of home. We just had to supply the groceries! Overall, this was a fun, relaxing, and beautiful cabin. Peter is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed the stay at Deanna’s place. The beds were comfortable, so the sleep was good. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely stay at her place!

We fully intend to vist Ricardo's again. It was very quiet, on the lake, with it's own dock. Any questions we had Ricardo responded immediately. We are very pleased with his place.

Dori is an excellent host. I have never had an Airbnb host contact me personally like Dori and make sure we had everything we needed. Her place has a full kitchen, comfortable beds, a soaking tub and a standup shower. Looking for a place to go and bring your boat? The dock is lovely. We’ve stayed here two years now and love it. This is an absolute beautiful getaway and a fisherman's paradise! The covered slip was a blessing for our Jet ski, everything was pristine including the host! This property is a must see and a rare gem if you want to be on the water, and love to see alligators ❤️

We had an amazing stay here at this little slice of heaven! What a magnificent place to bask in the glory of creation. Madeline and Edward were so hospitable during our stay, we couldn't have asked for better hosts. We enjoyed every moment of our time here. From sunrise to sunset this place carries such a peaceful and cozy ambience to it. We felt like we were transported back to "Old Florida" while also being made aware that in the present we should remember to slow down and appreciate the beauty of the world before us. We enjoyed exploring the island on bicycles, spending time at Silver Glen Springs, seeing so many different types of animals and listening to Madeline and Edward talk about the history and details of this place. We also really enjoyed Edward's art and Madeline's Key Lime Pie that she brought on my fiancés birthday, it was so delicious and really made her birthday special. We hope to return here again in the future and definitely recommend booking your stay here!

We had a wonderful time riding bikes around the campground relaxing on the front porch riding the jet ski in the lake. And Sherrie was very responsive. Thank you sherrie

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Heather’s place. RV had everything you possibly need during the camping - starting with a lot of kitchen stuff and ending with golf cart that was on of our main attractions during the stay))) Resort has a lot of amenities, gorgeous lake views and peaceful surroundings. Salt Springs recreational area is almost across the street from the resort which is really convenient if you’d like to explore it. We already are thinking when we will be able come back to this resort and hope that Heather’s place will be available again!

June was very quick to communicate and her house in the woods was a lot of fun for our small family gathering. It is definitely rustic, but that is part of the charm. Lots of beds and places to sleep and very well stocked.

This was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The cabin was cozy and welcoming and had everything you could need amenity wise. We loved fishing off the covered dock and cruising the lake in the kayaks. Would recommend for friends or family vacation and will keep on the list for a return visit!

The property was exactly as listed. We were in the area for spring hopping, but you could stay here and never leave. The property has many amenities that we did not have time to enjoy. The entire neighborhood is very well kept. It is a gated community with a Dollar General and restaurants right outside the gate that are easily accessible by car or a short walk. The price was great. The springs are nearby. The best part is it feels like you are in the country in the middle of nowhere, but so close to the lake, pool and springs. I cannot say enough about Yoania and her staff! They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I flew down to take care of my dad who had emergency by pass surgery. She responded immediately to my messages and contacted me at least once a day to see if I needed anything and to remind me that her staff was there to do anything. They checked up on us, intercepted our Amazon packages, took care of our motorhome while we were in the hospital and helped us get my dad inside his motorhome. I will forever be grateful for their care for myself and my parents.

I love how peaceful and cozy this home feels. sitting outside just hearing nature. The home is absolutely beautiful as well. We will definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay! This is a great private cabin in the woods. We celebrated my daughters birthday and the kids loved the loft and fire pit. We were just minutes from lakes and swimming holes. There is plenty of fun for all! Thank you Bryan! We hope to visit again soon!!

This is a beautifully maintained lake house. The interior is clean and inviting... homey. The outside is beautiful Florida living. Love the screened on porch grill deck. Our boxers love the yard and the water. Thank you for a fantastic experience and a great place for us to relax, bring and enjoy our pups. Highly recommend this home! This house was a dream! We came to visit family and it was the best house we’ve ever stayed in! We loved the puzzles, games and the huge yard to relax in. We would LOVE to come back here every time we come visit my family. The small touches with Bigfoot were an added plus for me! We felt right at home as soon as we came in. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area. So many beaches within an hour drive as well. Everything was perfect we didn’t want to leave

The cabin was immaculate with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The renters were even kind enough to supply a crock pot at our request so we could enjoy the lake while the dinner cooked itself. There was an issue with the AC, which typically could ruin a weekend. Our hosts did a walk through prior to our arrival and found the problem and had if fixed before it could ever be an issue. Their communication with us was fantastic and they were a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them to anyone. We have stayed at this particular campground for several years and there are some full time residents that have been very unwelcoming. This is not a reflection on our hosts. Other host in the campground have also been very wonderful.

My husband and I enjoyed nice and relaxing weekend. The quiet beautiful nature view was so relaxing and away from the sound of traffic and city life. Hearing nature wake up, while having a cup of coffee on the porch was amazing. The house was super clean!

We had the BEST time at this adorable cabin in the middle of the forest! The space was just as described, the area was very secluded and quiet. Our dogs loved being able to roam freely in the fully fenced space. The service is very spotty but there are spots around the property I was able to get a bar or two which was helpful. So many cool amenities to explore nearby and it was nice to come "home" to a cool air conditioned home. The bathroom gets hot so we would keep the door open when in use which helps. Hope was very responsive and helpful with my questions I had before booking. Would absolutely come and stay again. Also, the front porch is an awesome spot to sit and watch the storms ☺️

The stay was great! My parents arrived to find out that their Airbnb was not booked. Amy at the front gate went above and beyond to help us with the mix up. Tara was so accommodating to get them into this Airbnb. It was more then we could have asked for. The place was clean and smelled good. The porch was large , clean and relaxing. We would recommend this place !!!
