Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lake Keowee

We had a great weekend staying at Jeff's house. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of supplies on hand. The pond has frogs, geese, and plenty of fish. We love the afternoon sounds of the bullfrogs. A very peaceful place to be. We will definitely return in the near future!

I couldn't be more pleased with my first AirBnB stay. The place was clean, inviting, and well-stocked. I wasn't expecting spices, dog toys, dog bowls, dog cot, etc. The fully fenced in yard, lake access, available kayaks, and privacy are the only things I wanted and this place sure supplied! the hot tub, outdoor shower, and firepit were huge bonuses. Also, met and talked with the neighbor who is super friendly 😉 I stayed alone the first half with my dogs and got my peace in. The second half a couple girl friends joined and we thoroughly enjoyed paddling out the this little island and throwing rocks, trying to fish, etc. Enjoying using the coloring supplies, games, and grill as well! It did storm most of the week, but even that was enjoyable! 10/10 experience for us all.

Was a beautiful home, and we would happily stay again. We arrived right after storms had passed through and had no power for for first few hours. Hosts were very accommodating in making sure house still got cleaned and ready even without power. They offered to refund our first night if wanted to delay coming, and were keeping me posted almost hourly of updates. Was no fault of theirs, just Mother Nature. Loved the kayaks and all the board and card games. The deck and views are worth the whole place. Even provided s’mores supplies to make. Also the beds were extremely comfortable! Could not have asked for a better get away. Would love to return!

We had a lovely stay in Lauren's home. You feel like you're living in the Brady Bunch house! Classic 1960s everything. The beds and seating were all very comfortable, and we enjoyed the abundant decks, the hammock, the kayak, the TV... the kitchen had everything you could want, and we appreciated the extra bag of ice and cans of sparkling water they left for us. We highly recommend it. If you're more noise-sensitive, we recommend the downstairs bedroom, which is insulated from the noisier/brighter open layout of the upstairs.

The home is very cozy and has a great view of the water even during the summer months.0 We LOVED having the grill. We made the best ribs on it one night. AWESOME!

We had a fantastic stay at Chuck and Brenda’s beautiful Lake Keowee home with family and friends! The views and sunsets from the wrap-around deck were spectacular — it felt like we were right on the water. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of fun amenities. We especially enjoyed the kayaks, tubes, and easy access to the community dock. Chuck and Brenda were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had the best weekend at the cottage. Easy, quick drive to downtown highlands. Some highlights - The pizza oven was great for making pizzas, grill was fantastic for grilling steaks, fire pit for s’mores and the Hot tub was used several times. The kids loved the bunk room. The house was beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. We hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sail Loft over Memorial Day weekend! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is so cozy, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches—it’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered. It’s just like the photos, only better in person! Nichole was the perfect host—kind, responsive, and welcoming. She guided us throughout our stay, making sure everything went smoothly and that we felt comfortable and cared for. We loved enjoying the Keowee Key amenities, especially the pool and dining at the club’s restaurants. It truly felt like a hidden gem! We’re already looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home!

I’m late leaving this review but we had a wonderful stay. The place looks brand new, sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Craig and Janet couldn’t have been more friendly. We ran into Craig a few times around the property and had a really great time talking to him. We brought the boat and spent most of our days on the water. From a boating perspective, the dock is at the back of a quiet deep water cove. No worries whatsoever about water level or any kind of wake roughness, and it’s right around the corner from 18 mile creek access so drop in and take out is a breeze. It was a perfect place to retreat back to after a long day on the water. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Janet and Craig again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Captain Jack's on the Lake. Sharon was very friendly, everything was clean, and the private dock on the lake made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would stay there again!

It was a very cute quiet place, well stocked just in case you happened to forget something. The pool was just down the hill. It was a short drive to Clemson and other small towns. The lake was right across the road. And you could see the mountains from a distance. The host was very friendly and responsive too! We just loved our stay.

What a gem of a place. We booked this listing on a last-minute whim for MDW. Not only was it even lovelier than the pictures but it was exactly the getaway our weary souls were needing. There are few places that will calm you better than a cup of coffee on the patio. Lucia was extremely responsive, gave great and clear instructions and was very accommodating. The only draw back is the number of stairs down to the lake. The view is killer but with toddlers that made things like bathroom breaks tricky. If you’re not super mobile take that into account. Otherwise, this was a slice of paradise. The fire ring, stocked wood, and plethora of kayaks and paddle boards made this a fun weekend to remember.

Our stay was perfect! My husband and I decided to get an Airbnb with a pool for the weekend. Within moments of booking, Mark responded with a friendly hello. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as described and he had a very nice welcome basket with snacks and even drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy! The game room was awesome and full of games. We played with an 80’s arcade game machine, shot pool, shuffle board, ping pong and darts. There were board games too and the porch was absolutely beautiful, especially at night!!! We’ve decided to visit again in June and can’t wait! Thank you Mark and Candy for a very fun and relaxing weekend away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

This is the second time we have stayed with this host and plan on making it our yearly spot. Clean, well kept, easy to get in and out, and a great location that is far enough to be calm but close enough to all the major areas. Definitely recommend this host and location for your stay.

We had a very nice couple of days at William and Lori's place in Seneca. It was cozy and nice to have a place to come home to each day after our outings of touring waterfalls in the NW part of SC. Conveniently located to everything we needed including restaurants, the parks that we visited and grocery stores, etc.

Our family LOVED staying at Deborah's Apartment in Anderson. Our boys had a GREAT time fishing. The community was very peaceful and everyone we met was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, adorable and had everything we needed for our stay in Anderson. The view was also AMAZING! We would definitely visit again.

Glen’s place was perfect! Instructions for the house were very clear and helpful. Close to the lake and surrounded by a bunch of great amenities. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend a stay at Glen’s.

This was a perfect place to stay for my nephew’s graduation from Clemson. The place was nice, clean and was a perfect distance to school. It was also walkable to the all the shops and restaurants around Clemson. Thank you for a great stay!!

Jennifer was a great host and her condo was perfectly situated in Sky Valley. It looked recently remodeled and the entire condo was spotless. The tub and bathroom was so clean, as well as the bedding, living room, kitchen, you name it. We loved our stay here and loved that it was quiet & peaceful, but not totally secluded. My husband and I felt really comfortable in the condo and enjoyed our time overall there. We didn’t super LOVE the sleep we got on the bed, but we prefer softer mattresses and sleeping on a king size bed, so I think that contributed to it. It felt like a great quality mattress though and I think others would love it. Loved this condo & I would stay here again if I get the opportunity!

I really loved the decor throughout and the kitchen was perfectly laid out which made meal time easy. The location is a really pretty spot and we even had Thanksgiving at the club! I would definitely go back again.
