The creek is approximately 3 ft deep at the bottom of the waterfall. The property is surrounded by State Forest. If the apartment gets rented, the rest of the house is blocked from being rented. You will not be sharing ANY space.

The walk to the lake is very short on an almost flat surface. The home will accommodate a family up to six people. The house has two floors.
