Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Huron

We had another perfect stay at Fuller House bed-and-breakfast. Appreciate all the treats in the fridge and that we can use the gas barbecue. It’s a great place for a mini vacation. We hope to return again. thanks again for the rhubarb and hospitality 🙂

we needed a place that offered walking distance to the big mall and other nearby shops. location was great, with a cozy living room and well-equipped bathroom. plenty of space to stretch out for the four of us: a married couple with two adult kids.

We had a wonderful stay at Jelena and TJ's place. Both Jelena and TJ are warm and welcoming hosts. The place is good for longer duration stays, and is very well-kept and equipped with everything you'd need so that you don't have to scurry around for essentials from day 1. They even provided tea/coffee and breakfast essentials - a nice touch! The location is convenient (minutes walk to bus #3, which can take you to the closest TTC station (Kipling) or Mississauga City Centre (Square One Mall). It's also a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood. There's a park right next to it and another alongside a creek, and a trail just minutes by foot. TJ and Jelena are very friendly and helpful with anything you'd need. They have taken care of even the smallest details, including things like flip-flops (for indoor use), cleaning/cooking essentials, a space heater and even Netflix, which makes it an even more comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

This home was as described. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast and coffee on the first morning of our stay. We specifically appreciated the small coffee maker in addition to the Keurig style coffee maker. We were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Oakland University. Our plans included overnight guests as well as additional friends for dinner after the ceremony. Ella communicated her expectations clearly and simply. Everything worked out perfectly. I specifically noticed that the home was stocked with plenty of dishes, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper to accommodate the plans we had communicated to her. Check-in and check-out was simple. Her communication was prompt and attentive. I am glad that I booked this place and I would recommend it to my friends.

Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! Kim’s place couldn’t have been more perfect for a group of visiting professionals. The space is beautiful, very comfortable and extremely convenient. Kim was also a great host - she thought of everything and always responded quickly to any question. I would definitely book this again for visitors coming to town!

Me and my boyfriend spent the night in London and stayed at this place, it was very clean and well kept, it was in a nice location that was quiet. The apartment was cozy and felt very welcoming. Would 100% stay here again.

We stayed in town for my brother’s wedding at the mill. The location is perfect and the town is lovely. The place had everything we needed and Donna was very friendly. We should have booked a third night as there seemed like a lot to do in the area. The restaurant next door smelled fabulous! We would recommend this place if you need a place to stay for a wedding at the mill.

This was an awesome place to stay when visiting the University. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, Alison and Kerry are friendly and helpful yet very professional and give you your space, and the basement space is clean, well-equipped and extremely comfortable. The breakfast fixings were an awesome touch and delicious. Thank you for everything - I would give this stay multiple 5 stars if I could.

It is unusual for us not to have our own space but the reviews convinced us that Masha was a great host and the place to stay. We arrived late in the afternoon. Walked down to Stillwater’s restaurant for dinner in Paris (5 minutes down to the restaurant). Good food and great atmosphere on the roof top deck. We walked around town which is cute and right on the river. Walked up to Marsha’s, took a nice shower and slept great in the comfy bed. Fresh baked scents from the kitchen awaited us the the morning. Great breakfast and conversation with Marsha. We will be back! Highly recommend this cute house with the river noise gently putting us to sleep.

the basement apartment was quiet and convenient for me considering I was spending all day outside. it is close to Midland Cultural Center, the YMCA and a nice park by the little.

Perfect one night stay! The hot tub was definitely our favorite part. Walkable to downtown Clarkston for dinner even on a cold January evening. lots of local recommendations. Super clean and spacious and we had our privacy. Also had fun playing some of the games that were provided. Highly recommend!

This is my 5th time staying at the Friendly Owl! Teresa and Sahand have such a wonderful little haven in Lions Head. Excellent breakfasts, a comfortable bed and a large outdoor space with hammocks and a fire pit. Less than a ten minute drive to the Lions Heads loop trail head. Always a pleasure to come back!

Was a perfect place that felt safe for my daughter and I to stay at. I liked the other guests being near but still had enough privacy. The restaurant was super handy and the breakfast was outstanding (and included free in the stay price). Highly recommend.

Beautiful house in a great location. Right downtown, was walking distance to where I wanted to go. The room was clean and tidy, was very comfortable even during the winter storm. Micha’s breakfast hit the spot and her company was welcoming. Her collection of items throughout the year all had a story. Her Artwork was amazing. Overall a good visit.

From the moment we arrived, Vicki & Mark made us feel completely at home. Their warmth and hospitality went above and beyond what we ever expected. Each morning started with a delicious, homemade breakfast that was both comforting and full of love—such a thoughtful and generous touch. One of the highlights of our stay was getting to feed the chickens—Vicki &Mark invited us to help, and it was such a sweet, grounding experience. You can truly feel the care they put into every part of the home and land. And we absolutely fell in love with their gentle, friendly dog—he greeted us each day with a wagging tail and the kindest eyes. He made our stay even more special. This was more than just a place to sleep—it was a place to slow down, connect, and feel at peace. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming about coming back.
