We loved Sarah’s place. Spacious, well equipped, comfortable and everything as described. The one element exceeding expectations was the view, just incredible. We used a hire car to get into the centre of town and do day trips which worked well for us. We did five days and would be keen to come back here for more.

Short walk from all the action in Queenstown, great for nights out and being able to walk back. Also super close and drivable to Remarkables Ski Slopes! Apartment was clean, modern and well equipped with underfloor heating, a fireplace, heated towel rack and a washer / dryer. To top it off, amazing views of the lake and postcard worthy backdrop. Would highly recommend!

Among all the Airbnb that I have went to in NZ, this is the best out of all. Perfect view, good price, cozy house and complete with all the amenities provided. Waking up with the mountain view was simply amazing. If I had a chance to travel to Queenstown again, this would be my number one choice of staying. Highly recommended.

We are a couple in our late 30's who were looking for a quiet location we could go in and out of and have time to chill out comfortably if needed. Lake Hayes was a great location as its right next door to Arrowtown and just 25 minutes from Queenstown waterfront. It's a great gateway to all the towns like Cardrona, Wanaka, Cromwell, Gibbston, Lake Tekapo etc. A great alternative to Queenstown. Peter and Jilly are lovely hosts and have a beautiful home overlooking what looks like an oil painting landscape! There are trees and rolling hills and gardens and birdsong, frost in the chilly mornings, and snow capped Coronet peak - it was just a stunning location. Their house is modern and has beautiful high ceilings and is well equipped with everything you need.

Beautiful located accommodation under Marc's home. Great view of the lake, out door furniture and heating provided. Well equipped property. We walked down to the lake shore but it is a bit steep especially on our way back.

This view was the best thing to wake up to in the morning - it looks just like the photos There was blankets and heaters which made it very comfortable in the cold weather We walked to get coffee in the morning and it was very quick Would definitely stay here again

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful Airbnb in Queenstown. The home was spotless, warm, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were absolutely stunning! Our host was welcoming, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. Queenstown itself is breathtaking, and having such a lovely base to return to each day made all the difference. We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect — you can enjoy a lovely walk through the park on your way to the town center. The place itself is amazing — not only did it have all the amenities we needed, but it also offered so much more than what we expected. We stayed at the start of winter, and we were especially thankful for the efficient heating, which kept us cozy throughout our visit. It was such a relief that there is a garage, so we did not have to park outside in the cold. But hands down, the best part was the view — even better than what the listing photos showed! It was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay feel extra special. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here, and overall, everything was just perfect. The only small challenge was carrying our luggage up and down the stairs, as there’s no lift. But we were already aware of this before booking, and honestly, everything else made up for it — so it wasn’t a big deal at all 😁

It was a great stay! Spent part of our honeymoon here and had a great time. Would definitely come back.

Stayed here for a week with my sister. Was a great place to stay, super convenient for public transport to travel to and from the airport, Queenstown and Arrowtown. We found the place had all the amenities we needed and more, we highly recommend and would stay here again!

Had an absolutely fabulous time ,great accommodation easy walking distance to everything . Numerous restaurants and bars nearby Good local bus link to Queenstown if you didn’t feel like driving , and of course scenery to die for. Better than what we could have imagined! No.8 Queenstown will forever hold some out happiest memories. We stayed here for 4 nights for our 10 year anniversary and the place was immaculately presented, smelt so fresh & clean & it was somehow even better than the photos! The views from the living area and bath are breathtaking. Karine is so pleasant, incredibly helpful & generous in the additional amenities that she provided & it was truly hard to leave. I cannot wait til we can come back again. Thank you for making our Queenstown stay the absolute best!

We LOVED our stay here. I booked the place immediately while I was looking at places to stay in Queenstown. Place looked EXACTLY like the photos very ig worthy! The kitchen, laundry area and the bathroom are my fave parts of this home. We hope to be staying here again we come back next time. Cheers!

If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay away from the madness of Queenstown but close enough to visit, this place is perfect. Given so many attractions are on this side of Queenstown (Arrowtown, Highlands Motorsport Park etc etc), it’s an excellent location, though you’ll need a car. It’s a beautiful space with lots of nice touches and very peaceful. We loved our stay

My partner and I spent a few days here for our first trip to Queenstown and it was absolutely perfect, we loved our stay! The apartment itself is tidy and cosy and the view of the lake is beautiful and even better than the photos 😍 Kirsty was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed as well as providing some great local recommendations including a scenic walk into town, which we loved doing every day. We would stay here again and 100% recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for better! Location and view is absolutely amazing. Just close enough to walk into town but far enough away that you can get out of Queenstown easily. The accommodation had absolutely everything we needed for a long stay and was so cosy. Loved the loft style and the fireplace!

Brilliant location, home and host. Don't bother staying anywhere else as this experience was perfect.

This truly beautiful property felt like magic. From the charming decor to the stunning view of the lake, there was something wonderful in every corner. We were comfortable, warm and cosy right throughout our stay, which felt like the perfect base while we explored Queenstown and beyond.

Great place to stay. Nice views and a well equipped kitchen. Some of the pictures were more flattering/spacious than the actual space. Overall was a great stay. The spa pool was a great addition and fit 4 adults.

We had a great stay at Tish's place. The studio has everything you need and was clean & tidy when we arrived. We only stayed one night but loved the location and proximity to the Cardrona Hotel as we were there for a birthday dinner. The pool area is great and we were happy to make use of it on a nice sunny day. Would definitely stay again.

We cannot recommend this accomodation more. This was honestly our favourite Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The apartment was absolutely spotless when we walked in, the view was breathtaking, we were so comfortable and at peace. The location was amazing, only a 5 minute drive into Queenstown town. Honestly loved this accommodation so much and cannot wait to be back! Thank you
