The tiny house sits on a trailer and It is built with sips panels (Structurally insulated panels) , with double glazing , so is warm in the winter and cool in the summer and has plenty of choices of heating or cooling. There is also a deck in front on which you can enjoy a cold drink. The nearby trees loose their leaves in winter which allows the sun to shine in and they provide shade in the summer.
