Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Havasu

Such a cute little space! Clean and quiet but so close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Our family of 3 had a great time at Kara’s place. We felt right at home. The location is amazing, right next to Rotary Park and walkable London Bridge. Highly recommend!

This was our first time to Lake Havasu. We were searching for a place that was close to the bridge and some activities. This condo is walkable but also a very short drive. It met out needs very well.

This home is fully stocked. I always travel with first aid products, toiletries, cups, and a variety of other essentials. Upon arrival, we immediately recognized the extraordinary efforts Trish has made to ensure you have everything you need, including necessities and just-in-case items. There was no need to run to the pharmacy for any hygiene or first aid product. We felt comfortable and safe. This is a pet-friendly house, and Trish has made a great effort to ensure the home is clean from pet dander, hair, odor, and messes while still maintaining an environment that welcomes your dogs. The linens were plentiful and clean. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked! The outdoor pool space is ready for a family BBQ, with ample refrigeration available both inside and outside. The view of the sunset from the upper deck was fantastic. The residence is very close to Havasu Marina. We were on the water within 15 minutes. We will be back!

The stay at Kristi place was amazing! Cons: Resort office staff were rude and office closes at 4 (don't be late for check in). This is a trailer park resort with the spaces crammed on top of each other (not private). Front door was not obvious to find so it took me a minute to get inside. Place is small and the floors were slightly dirty. No ice maker which would be nice. Pros: Getting inside was easy once I found the front door. The location is absolutely gorgeous and you will definitely meet new people. The beach is right below the deck and you can carry kayaks up and down the stairs with relative ease. I felt comfortable leaving my kayaks on the beach as it's only accessible to resort guests. Beds were super comfortable. Appliances were very nice and newer models. Deck and view of the lake are AMAZING! The whole vibe is adorable and Kristi was SUPER responsive and offered to have her cleaners come for the floors. I loved this place and definitely will revisit another time!

Our family really enjoyed our MDW stay. I appreciated the clean beddings, organized home, and relaxing jacuzzi. This home was one of our best stays in Havasu!

we got to this place and it was more spacious than we expected! the kitchen has everything you needed to cook with. the kids loved the game room. the pool was nice and clean. the outside area around the pool had a lot of seating and also misters for the afternoon. the outdoor lighting was great and the flat top grill made man meals for my family. it was hot out but the pool really made the kids not want to leave the house and explore. the house was 7 mins from downtown. would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Marina’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The place was spotless and exactly as described, if not even better! The decor was modern, yet charming and cozy, with all the little touches that made the stay feel special. Marina was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and memorable stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit! The home has a nice open layout and the recliner chairs in living room are so comfortable! The pool area is so incredible. Best pool I have seen at a home. You feel like you’re at a resort! The lights and bubblers come on with timers and is so fun to swim at night also. The bbq grill and skillet down by the pool is amazing. It’s nice to cook and be around while everyone is swimming. I would definitely recommend this home. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room in the house and outside. 15 minutes from the lake also!

I absolutely loved it here! It was so clean and neat and cozy! This took me back to my 20s and how I wish I could do it all over! Would definitely do it all over again!

Martys place is great place right next to an area with plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We really enjoyed the pool and how easy it was to check in.

It was nice to have a spacious patio opening onto the grounds. We also enjoyed that you have a card table. The pool and hot tubs were well used.

Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.

Beautiful place - loved the ground level golf course "backyard," pool was spotless and a plus and the decor was dreamy, close to many things to do! During our stay, a child accidently put a small hole in the wall after doing a summersault toward it - we let her know immediately so we could initiate repair and she was very gracious and understanding that things happen. She was also responsive throughout the stay.

we had a wonderful stay, the condo toward the bridge end of the building, so the higher floor views were awesome.
