Only want to stay a weekend & have pet, let me know & I will lower the pet fee. 950 square feet double wide manufactured home on 8,712 sq ft lot. 3 bedrooms(note 3 bedroom doesn't have a closet but master closet is a giant walk-in). The place is basic, but comfortable. Proximal to Colorado River. So quiet! Water view from front porch & Master Bedroom(only). Desert eternity! Bedding & towels for 6 people. If you bring cots, sleeping bags, kitchenware camping mats, etc, you can have more ppl.

A well-lit bathroom features a beige countertop with a sink and a mirror above. The shower area is enclosed with a light curtain, and a toilet is positioned nearby. Essential toiletries and a bathmat are visible, adding convenience for guests.
