Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Granby

We greatly enjoyed our long weekend stay in Daniel's container home. It was modern, lovely and fun. Very much as pictured. Beds were comfortable, an assortment of pillows and light blocking drapes in the bedrooms. We could have spent all day gazing at the views from the great room or deck but we had hikes to do and towns nearby to visit. We recommend.

this was my second time staying at mark's place and it was as wonderful as the time before. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking, the home feels private and peaceful, elk walk beside the property, mark is informative and friendly, the house is cozy and comfortable.

My son and I booked the condo for a late planned ski trip. The condo is very comfortable, clean and modern. It has an adequately stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and spices for those that prefer to cook. It includes a drip coffee maker and a separate bean grinder (I never know what to buy before arriving). There is some ongoing new construction in the area (as of March 2025). I heard some trucks backing up in the morning, but it did not bother us as we were up each morning to ski. Overall, the place is very quiet with very minimal neighbor noise. There is no cable service, so be prepared to stream or cast from your own device using your own accounts. I was able to stream YouTube TV from my phone to the TV. We took the free shuttle service to the resort each day. It’s a quick walk to the bus stop, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. We walked to the area restaurants and shops. Safeway is a quick drive down the street. We would book again.

Do not pass up this hidden gem! If you want peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, and love fishing and water activities, book it now! Our hosts were amazing and the lakehouse was everything we wanted for our staycation. Every day (our stay was the end of May) we saw moose, blue heron, deer, humminbirds and a variety of other wild birds. The hot tub was perfect and the house has everything you need to cook your own meals, grill and just relax. We will most definitely be back!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Cory communicated in amazing detail. Check in was absolutely amazing. We stayed there after we got married and had such a peaceful morning laying together on the deck. It was absolutely beautiful. We saw lots of deer. The house was spotless, lots of appliances. It was a beautiful home and we had such a blast!

Amazing location and great house! We would definitely come back to this house if we are visiting Estes park.

My friends and I stayed here at the beginning of our trip for 3 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer! It was a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place in the most beautiful area so close to Estes Park! Would love to come back some day.

Highly recommend! Beautiful clean home in a great location in Estes Park. We enjoyed our stay here! My little boy especially enjoyed all the wildlife we were able to see from the back porch.

This was such a great loft, it was the best location and walkable to everything. Very peaceful balcony to hear the river and the entire loft was comfy and clean!

Great place to stay near Idaho Springs and Georgetown! Beautiful mountain setting, right near a trailhead and lake. The drive up was cool with the switchbacks, definitely be prepared for weather conditions and elevation. We had three kids under three with us and this place was perfect for space for naps and playing. Well stocked kitchen and super functional dining and living area. Gino was very responsive and came right away when we had an issue with the door lock. We would stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet, peaceful apartment. Comfortable. Cozy. Beautiful river right outside with great outside space to walk around and enjoy the Mountain View. Very nice pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse—all of which were very clean and well kept. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

I was so comfortable & happy here that I didn’t want to leave. I can’t find one complaint. A much less busy area if exploring the Rockies rather than the other park entrance in Estes Park. This was the best of our entire stay in Colorado.

Nicky’s place was fabulous! Great location, walk to lake and restaurants in minutes, the fire place was perfect while the snow was coming down. The condo seems brand new and modern. The bed was comfy. The party deck would be fun in the Summer. The upper level has large bunk beds and bathroom which would be perfect if traveling with kids. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend. Nicky was amazing at giving instructions and keeping us in the loop with door lock codes and accommodating us with early check in and late check out. Stay here! Grand lake is gorgeous!

We loved the accommodations and appreciated the upgrades and tasteful décor. The beds were comfortable, the towels, luxurious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The building was rustic but the interior is comfortable and fresh. There were other residents living their lives, so could get noisy at times, but well worth the drive and the cost.

Five stars in everything! We had the best stay at this beautiful property and having Summit Time property to be available for every question or need was amazing! I wish all Grand County properties had this kind of management as we’ve stayed up in Winter Park, Granby and Grand Lake area and Summit Time was by far the easiest to work with, exceptional communication and wonderful property! Five stars!
