Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Lake George

What a spectacular property! If you love nature, this is the place for you. Surrounded by tall trees and a beautiful pristine lake. We went to Saratoga to see the Belmont and felt we did not want to stay in the middle of a hustle and bustle, and so glad we found this little gem. The local restaurants left a little bit to be desired, but Rocco’s pizza was great. I would stay here again and looking forward to hopefully doing so soon.

We visited Lake George for my wife’s birthday, a very special occasion. Barbara and Gregory’s place was perfect! It was very thoughtfully decorated and furnished. They spoke to us every time we saw them to ask if we needed anything. It is clear that they work very hard to make their place special for guests. We had a wonderful time and will tell our friends!

Todd was an excellent host. He was clear and informative about check in/out and the cabin amenities. We had a great time staying at Todd’s place. It was very cute and quite comfortable. The area was close to the main area in Lake George and also peaceful and pretty. I would be happy to stay here again. Thanks, Todd! :)

We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend here with a large group for my sister's lowkey bachelorette party. Even with a day of non-stop pouring rain, we were perfectly content with staying in and enjoying the coziness of the house. We had a blast watching the chickens roam around and hanging out with the overly-friendly barn cats while we sat outside. The goats & pigs were happy to greet us at the fence every time. The hot tub and pool were perfect! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautifully scenic and peaceful getaway. Thanks, Sarah & BBVF team!

Gotta say it’s gotta be the first place that advertises child friendly and actually was. Multiple high chairs and cribs. No low placed fragile furniture. Even the coffee table had corner foam bumpers.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Peaceful location and very comfortable. Yasiel was kind and responsive - check-in was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Johnsburg! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy, and we really appreciated how dog-friendly the space was—our two pups felt right at home. The hot tub and pool were a huge bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Adirondacks. Our child loved the fun game room stocked with toys, and the pool table provided entertainment for the adults, too. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for comfort and fun in a beautiful setting!

Once again, we had an amazingly peaceful and relaxing time at our favorite air bnb. We love everything about Isobel's place, the beautiful surroundings, the sauna and of course the hot tub. There were so many birds to watch, too, including Indigo Buntings and Baltimore Orioles! It's a perfect getaway. We can't wait to come back in the fall.

Marry is a saint she was extremely helpful with an issue I had booking. The place is absolutely brilliant, coming from a carpenter by trade. Definitely will not be the last time I stay at her beautiful home.

I reserved this property for my parents who were visiting Memorial Day weekend. They loved it , everything is clean and no problems. Great hosts ! Great view ! My parents would strongly recommend.

We had a great time! Everything was thought of in this space. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to be outdoors and the proximity to the park. I'm not sure if this jumped out in the listing, but the place is walking distance to the Children's Museum which was perfect for us, as I had take the car for a work event and left my husband and 3 year old to explore the museum, and they could easily walk home to the cottage. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Tim’s cabin was absolutely beautiful, its in a quiet location, right in the woods. perfect place to get away from the stresses and noise of daily life back at home. not to mention if you wanted to lake george is just a 15 minute drive down so we were able to enjoy everything the area has to offer. the house its self is super spacious and was able to accommodate 12 of us without it feeling stuffy or small. Tim is awesome! super cool guy, very helpful and communicative. i definitely would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a nice stay in the adirondack/lake george area

A fantastic week, The home is a great place to relax and get away. I highly recommend renting this location for the views and amenities. The host does not leave a thousand chores to do when you go to leave like other hosts. If you’re ever thinking about renting in lake George, save this listing.

We really enjoyed staying at Kenneth’s place. It had even more amenities than we realized. Nice touches like having laundry detergent and plastic wrap on hand made our stay even more pleasant. They thought of everything you might need and had it available. There is access to the bike trail at the end of the street , so no need to load and unload bikes if you want to go for a ride . There is a Walgreens right around the corner. It also is very walkable to Lake George and all of the shops and restaurants. We stayed here with our family of six and were very comfortable. It had just the right amount of space for everyone to have a separate bedroom and bathroom, but a large enough common area to enjoy meals and games. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We made good use of the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.

House was absolutely perfect. Very clean and allowing pets is so awesome for us as we are dog training people who travel with our pups!!! Will book again very soon! So easy to get to right off the exit!! Thanks Again!

This was our second visit back to the cabin, we love it here! Very cozy, feels very comfortable, beds are comfortable. Close to restaurants, Lake Luzerne, Lake George just minutes away. Awesome host, can’t wait to come back again!

What a wonderful place for a little get away! Very peaceful area with a great view of the water and quick access! It had everything you could need and the hot tub adds a special touch. The hosts truly thought of everything. We hope to stay again!

The space was fantastic for our two little families with easy access to the local Slate Valley Trails. Lots of wonderful and attentive touches to make our stay homey welcoming. Hope to return again soon!

EXCEPTIONAL! We can't say enough about how perfect our stay was. The Lake House is amazing. Great view, cozy, super clean. You can't ask for more. Will definitely come back and recommend highly.

Enjoyable stay, great location for fishing with lakefront on Schroon Lake right across the street

Lin’s cabin was the perfect home away from home. We booked last-minute during the off-season, but Lin was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even giving us a heads-up about the yard after a week of heavy spring rain (which still looked beautiful when we arrived!) We loved the outdoor firepit surrounded by string lights –– the perfect spot to relax with our dog and a beverage while watching the finches and hummingbirds visit the many feeders throughout the property. Inside, the cabin was just as welcoming, with charming decor, cozy fireplace, board games, dvds, and a well-stocked kitchen (including milk, eggs, bread, wine, and local beer!). The location was very convenient with hiking trails, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores all within a 10-minute drive. While there was no cell service at the cabin (highly recommend downloading offline maps prior to arrival) the WiFi was fast and reliable. Overall, we had a five-star stay and can’t wait to return.
