No smoking. Equipped with a single bed. Cozy independent studio for 1 person (18 m2 with kitchenette, shower room, wifi) in the city center, located in our garden. You will be lulled by the sound of the stream that flows along the studio. I specify that there is no TV. WE LIVE ON SITE, SO NO PARTIES and bringing strangers in for the night. We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.
