Very nice apartment and particularly well equipped. Magnificent views of the mountains and Lake Annecy. Easy access by car or transit. Virginie was always very responsive to messages. We had a lovely stay

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The location is special, with a beautiful view that made our stay even more relaxing. The host was kind enough to let us stay until 12 PM on our checkout day, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

We and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The fenced garden with the great view was gladly used, as well as the comfortable sofa (the latter of course only by the people ;)) We will be happy to come back to take more beautiful hikes in the mountains and try excellent restaurants.

Morgane was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. Nice accommodation and in a very good location. The place is charming and the parking is a real plus! Comfortable bedding and cleaning included. A little expensive however compared to the services, and small kitchen for a rental for four.

We are delighted to have stayed in Sébastien's apartment, this cocoon fulfills several criteria if not all, it is located in a peaceful and bright setting. The quality of our exchanges with the host further strengthens our desire to return to this apartment. The proximity to amenities, mall, lake made the stay more interesting. Fantastic stay for a few days with family (including 2 teenagers and 2 almost nonagenarians). The house is nice, well furnished, comfortable, just what you need to feel good for 6. The kitchen is very functional, like the rest of the house (we even used the fireplace one night :-) The owners are very nice, ready to help but not invasive, the walks along the lake are beautiful, a stone's throw away and easy for all ages, restaurants and supermarkets nearby… in short… no complaints… only happiness :-)

If you're reading the reviews to convince yourself whether or not to choose this Airbnb…. look no further!! I'm telling you: GO FOR IT! This place is amazing, everything is perfect. So many things available, in a nice setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

I spent three peaceful nights here and couldn’t have asked for more. The house is cozy and beautifully located with mountain views and a stunning terrace complete with a fireplace — perfect for unwinding. Janette was a warm and generous host, taking the time to show me around the property and the region, with helpful recommendations and maps. The house is easily accessible by car and ideal for both short and longer stays. note that it seemed like the nearby town doesn’t have much in terms of shops or restaurants, so having a car makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but that didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a lovely stay. The accommodation allowed us to be quiet, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

Apartment located 15 min walk to the center of Evian even if the return is a little longer and sporty. The accommodation is as described with a great view. We were able to enjoy its beautiful terrace. The accommodation is very quiet and allowed us to rest well.

Studio ideally located in a fairly quiet building, very clean and with everything you need. Very fluid communication with the owners. There's nothing to complain about, I recommend this listing :)
