Ideal for families, it features a terrace perfect for sunny breakfasts, a bright living room, a double bed on the mezzanine, a comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a swimming pool. The lake is a 20-minute walk away. You are close to Évian, Thonon, and mountain resorts.

This stunning and rare waterfront home is perched on the shore of lake Geneva with private beach and jetty. The house is very spacious and offers 3 large bedrooms all of which are en-suite. One of the bedrooms is a large bunk room that can sleep up to 6 people which is ideal for lots kids. The house is ideal for 2 families. Only 15 minutes from Evian and 20 minutes from Montreux, this is house is just 2 minutes from the Swiss border.

It is a 16 m2 hut with sofa bed (160/200 bed) with shower room and toilet. An outdoor kitchen with sink and Weber gas barbecue available from mid-March to mid-October. Bed linen and towels included. Access to the Jacuzzi is available during your stay. 🌙 Our little paradise loses some of its tranquility after dark, lulled by the festive echoes from Excenevex beach and the campsite, which dance in the air until midnight.
