Nature Retreat Close to Geneva. A cosy cottage with a history dating back over 1000 years when it was formally tower guarding a bridge over the river Rhone The cottage is in a nature reserve on the banks of the Rhone and has been newly renovated in 2021. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.

Our 35 m² accommodation, with a stunning view of Lake Geneva from the terrace, is nestled in the heart of a garden between the lake and the mountains. Ideal for families, it features a terrace perfect for sunny breakfasts, a bright living room, a double bed on the mezzanine, a comfortable sofa bed on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a swimming pool. The lake is a 20-minute walk away. You are close to Évian, Thonon, and mountain resorts.

It is a 16 m2 hut with sofa bed (160/200 cm) with shower room and toilet. An outdoor kitchen with sink and Weber gas barbecue available from April to mid-October. Towels and bed linen included. Access to the Jacuzzi is available during your stay. 🌙 Our little paradise loses some of its tranquility after dark, lulled by the festive echoes from Excenevex beach and the campsite, which dance in the air until midnight. Air conditioning is available from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Come and have a pleasant stay in this brand new, quiet cottage with views of the surrounding mountains. It is located in the middle of nature at the foot of Parmelan, between Lake Annecy and the ski slopes. Accommodating four people (1 double bed and 2 single beds), it has a bathroom (bathtub + walk-in shower), 2 toilets, 1 large living room with open kitchen, 1 laundry room, 1 closed garage and 1 outdoor space, 1 garden (with small slide), 1 covered terrace.
