Lake house vacation rentals in Lake Geneva

Easily the nicest place we stayed on our vacation. The house was well maintained and updated. She let us use her paddle board as well. The backyard was a haven after a long day of sightseeing. Would pick her place first if I ever go back.

This place is beautiful, peaceful, and great for families. The dock drops into waist-deep, crystal clear water with a soft sandy bottom. The only problem was that the backyard was too good—our kids never wanted to leave to go sight-seeing! The concierge staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to book local experiences for us that aligned with our unique needs. It’s within walking distance of one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to: Matt and Lulu’s. Also a short walk from the boat dock where you can rent paddle boats, pontoon boats, kayaks, SUPs, etc. We would absolutely come back again!

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Very well equipped and clean accommodation. Large terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Air-conditioned accommodation which was greatly appreciated on our arrival in 35° 😅

we spent the weekend of the ascension under the sun facing Mont Blanc, the chalet is in a very quiet area with a splendid view. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality of this accommodation. We'll be happy to come back.

A fantastic retreat right on the lake – with plenty of privacy, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. The lovingly renovated house impresses with its original furnishings and its very own charm. The well-kept garden invites you to linger and play. Particularly practical is the location: shopping, public transport and beautiful excursion destinations are easily accessible (also on foot). All around a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Eric and Veronique are wonderful hosts, they created a villa with cosy vibes and outstanding views. Very friendly, interesting, attention to details. Thank you for a great stay !

We had a lovely week despite the weather. The place is very relaxing, quiet and beautiful. It is ideally located in view of the activities to do. The cottage is impeccably clean, very modern and functional. The enclosed garden for dogs is welcome and allows them to be taken out very easily. Christelle is very friendly, warm and human, we could have stayed to chat for hours! Thanks!

We had a lovely stay at Amandine's place. Functional kitchen with all the necessary equipment to be able to make small meals like at home! The apartment was spotless! Clean, tidy, ready to move in. Amandine was understanding and available during the discussions! Small +: 2-minute walk from a path (which can go up to the beautiful Lake Bonlieu) 1 min walk to a small stream Perfect if you want to bring your four-legged friends 🐶 So don't hesitate! Looking forward to coming back to this cottage!

We were there with the family and the grandmother. The house offers enough space for everyone :) The location is awesome; in 2 minutes at the lake (via the meadow). Large terrace with morning sun! We made the trip by public transport. That's possible, the bus runs hourly in both directions. Without luggage, the station can be reached in 20 minutes, with luggage rather 30 minutes.

We had a great time with friends at this beautiful cottage with lake views.. We really like this valley of abundance and we are never disappointed by the welcome we are given and it has been confirmed again this time. The cottage is spacious, well equipped , very clean and the two terraces with lake views allowed us to spend special moments with our friends.

We had a great time at this well-located, clean, cozy and warm apartment. In addition, there is a small mezzanine with many games for children and a small fenced area for the dog. The neighborhood is also very friendly.

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

Very nice accommodation, very quiet, ideally located in the village of Rousses, close to the fort of Rousses (15 minute walk). The accommodation offers high-end services; everything is well furnished; kitchen area and top amenities. The rooms are well sized, ideal for up to 6 people. Unobstructed view of Les Rousses and the mountains. Very warm welcome from our host, very available. Everything is perfect.

What a perfect spot Jessica’s home is just a short walk into the village of Combloux which has all the amenities you would need (small supermarket/ cafes/ bakery/ restaurants etc) as well as so much outdoor activities on the doorstep - either by short drive or straight from the chalet. The chalet is so peaceful and the setting is so beautiful. We couldn’t stop admiring the view over Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains - incredible! We stayed here as a young family with a very active 10m old baby and it was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including high chair, travel cot, plates. Plus the setting was safe enough for her to explore with our supervision. Jessica met us at the property to welcome us and was helpful and flexible when we were delayed arriving from the airport, making it less stressful. A perfect first taste of the area and we are already talking about our next trip to visit again and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

Armand is really a great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk to the lake) in a peaceful and easily accessible residential area. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Nice location and we had a good time. Kitchen was well stocked with basics which was very convenient. Children's toys highly appreciated. The shared garden is nice but looks onto the main road going into Morzine, so is quite noisy.

What can I say? Of all the Airbnbs we have stayed in on this trip (9 in all) this is where I was the happiest. Not that there was anything wrong with the other places, but this renovated grange had all the charm of years gone by with the modern necessities that are so appreciated when travelling. Frédérica and Gilbert are the most charming people, so very kind and generous with their time but not intrusive in the least. They were kind enough to allow me to extend our stay by one day as I was too unwell to travel to the next destination and even did some emergency food shopping for us. The house is superb - renovated with flair, elegance and typical French charm. We lacked for absolutely nothing, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were super comfortable and the linen/towels etc were impeccable. Plus the shower pressure was a dream after a long day! We could see the lake from our window, but everything was close by. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone who wants a happy holiday!
