We had a wonderful stay at Cheryl’s cottage. It was very homey. Immaculately cleaned. Great decoration. Very comfortable. A very peaceful place to be. Cheryl was extremely responsive and helpful. Excellent host.

A terrific place. This was our third stay. State of the art — fully equipped, well maintained, comfortable furnishings and beds, picturesque location. Very pleasant host. One of the nicest Airbnbs among the dozens we have visited from coast to coast. Highly recommended.

I live in Conneaut and booked Nathan's place for my daughter and son-in-law, who were visiting from Italy. The location was perfect since they could walk to the grocery store, bank, thrift store, and the Rainbow Cafe! It's such a quick trip to drive or walk to the Lake that I much preferred having them uptown and close to amenities. The house itself was wonderful and allowed the rest of the family to come hang out, cook, eat, and connect. I've stayed in a lot of AirBnb's and would have to rate this as the cleanest. The rooms are both good sized, the bathroom is huge, and the beds very comfortable. There is just nothing to complain about... from booking to adjusting dates to access to check-out... there were no hiccups. Three snaps up for Nathan's place- I highly recommend it:)

My group of guests and I had a wonderful stay! The view was outstanding (seeing it in person was even more beautiful than the photos!) The cabin had plenty of rooms, living spaces, and outdoor deck areas to gather. Tammy (host) was a very accommodating host and responded very quickly to any messages leading up to our reservation and throughout our stay. My guests and I are definitely recommending others to stay at this cabin for a relaxing getaway! I would love to revisit again the future! Thanks for the great stay!

My family and I had such a wonderful time during our stay. If you’ve seen the movie Point Break this is the place to go. There are little Easter eggs if you seen the movie and I honestly could’ve stayed another week! The neighborhood is super chill and walkable to the beach. Make sure you look at all the cool stuff that is on the walls and placed throughout the home. Will 10/10 be back! Amazing host! Amazing time! Not pumped to go back to work! 🤙

House was cute and in great quiet neighborhood. Would definitely go there again! Had a few hiccups but management was fast to solve. Would recommend.

Emily was an incredible host!! We arrived slightly earlier than planned and she immediately came down to the tiny home to make sure everything was ready, even leaving some amazing bread and homemade jam as a welcome gift Although we didn’t have great weather, property was wonderful to walk around and proximity to ellicottville and sculpture park was great. Emily’s picnic was to die for!! Had it waiting for us when we got back from town. When we wanted to make a fire after dinner, she brought down a ton of firewood for us as soon as I messaged her. 10/10 would come again!! Perfect staycation for the Buffalo area

Charolette took us in when our car broke down and let us stay as long as we needed till the repairs were finished. Not to mention the place is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced! The duck pond, art work by her husband, trails, amazing swing, comfortable sleeping, fire pit, the list goes on! My favourite Airbnb experience yet! Everything was amazing including the host! The Carriage House is one of the most peaceful places that we've ever stayed. The Rustic character and decor felt welcoming and comfy. The view of the pond in the morning while listening to the birds and drinking a cup of coffee - unbelievably Zen. We enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi and having a good steam in the Sauna. The quietness was particularly stunning as well. We really felt like we had our own personal Spa for 5 days. I'm from the Knox area and will be staying here from now on whenever we're home for a visit. Our black lab Bella also enjoyed chasing the ball in the big field and going for a swim in the pond as well. Perfect place for a dog! Thank you Maria for sharing this delightfully beautiful place with us!

Beautiful home! Spacious and comfortable! Backyard was completely fenced in, and the neighborhood was quiet! The kitchen had almost every type of appliance and utensil that you would want for a “staycation!” The hot tub was also delightful and well maintained! And plenty of towels! We look forward to coming in the summer

Sean and Michelle were absolutely wonderful! This is my second time coming to their cottage and it is always a pleasure to stay with them. They are so communicative, kind and attentive to all our needs. We hope to come back soon for a third time since we had a cozy and beautiful time!

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

Jennifer’s cabin was just what we were looking for. Located in a quiet neighborhood we had a nice time relaxing but also loved being 5 minutes from Ellicotville’s Main Street. The house was clean, comfortable, and pet friendly.

We had an amazing time at Wendy's place! The whole property is very beautiful, and the cabins and main house are perfectly decorated for a relaxing and luxurious feel. All the beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. Everything was spotless, and you can tell Wendy takes great care of her property. The hot tub is large, clean and easy to use. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We instantly felt relaxed and at home in the space. The location is perfect, easy to find, and you feel secluded but are very close to towns and wineries. Lastly, Wendy is so very wonderful, and helped to make my mom's 60th birthday extra special! We will definitley be back!

Max’s place was definitely worth the stay! The home itself was clear and super cute. The sauna and fire pit were a plus and the location was really close to the beach and to a couple local restaurants. Max was super responsive and helpful! The instructions were really clear and check in was easy.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week. This place is a gem. We caught some fish and saw many different birds. The place was very clean and we appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds! If you like the outdoors this is definitely a place to stay. Rikki is the best host compared to all the other hosts we’ve had! She has absolutely everything u could possibly need! I was very happy to see a blow dryer which I forgot at home!!!! Our dog had a blast playing ball in a large area! Can’t wait to come back! Ty Rikki for everything!

A truly unforgettable retreat experience! We stayed at Timber Tides for a team retreat with 6 people, and it surpassed our expectations in every way. The house was absolutely immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed — especially in the kitchen, where we were able to cook dinner together with ease. The layout gave us space to meet as a group while also allowing for personal reflection time. The views of the lake were breathtaking, especially at sunset — we were blown away. The fire pit and the two balconies made the evening extra special, creating the perfect atmosphere for meaningful conversations. The weather was beautiful, and the peaceful location near the water made everything feel calm and restorative. This spot is ideal for a large family, several couples, or a team getaway. We’d recommend it without hesitation and are so grateful for the care and intention put into this space. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a great place to stay for a few nights! It was a short distance from Presque Isle State park and had many restaurants near by. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. Kimberly gave clear instructions and was super responsive when I had a question.
