An eclectic home away from home. Diverse ideas and style from a broad range of sources and millennia. If you thrive on creativity, diversity and a bit of thought provoking conversation , you may love this house. This is not the Holiday Inn. Expect the unexpected. Located in a quiet neighborhood and the middle of town. The house has been remodeled and I am working on a carport with a solar panel roof. There is some construction happening outside though not while guests are present.

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

Super retreat! This place has everything and more that you would want in a hotel… but it is private. This is a little hidden gem and the gardens and pool are so beautiful and peaceful. Our stay was so peaceful which was perfect for resting our head for the roadtrip.

Such a pleasant Tallahassian stay; it had the perfect vibe to conclude my journey in Tallahassee. Such a cute home. It was quiet, very clean, no smoke smell at all, many useful utilities, and the host is responsive and cares about how you are doing. He's a software engineer, so you're in for a treat with the lighting and attention to details on many utilities (the microwave doesn't annoyingly beep!). Thank you, Josh!

Jacob place was great we got there early and he let us check in early he actually reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed and we were comfortable the place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed the community was nice and quiet I will definitely book again we enjoyed our four day stay Jacob was great the whole four days check in and out was easy also I mean this place was the best I have nothing but the best to say about it.

we loved our stay! it was perfect for a couple nights stay in tallahassee. beds were very comfy and one of the bathrooms had a really nice shower and bathtub set up. it is attached to a house, however it still feels very private. the hosts had flexible check in and check out which we really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again while in tallahassee :)
