Centrally located to Grambling State University. There is a full kitchen, luxurious bathrooms with walk-in-shower, large living area with 50" TV & 4 bedrooms, 5 beds.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Families and fishermen welcome! Approved guests may use the boat ramp, empty lot for parking, 3 kayaks, 4 orange life jackets ( or bring your own), fire pit and firewood and a corn hole game. Relax, fish, swim, boat ride, kayak, watch the birds and water, grill or just chill. We do not, however allow parties/events/gatherings. For liability reasons, only approved guests are allowed on the property at all times ( no "gatherings" allowed).

Sundance Cabin at Hilton Ridge

Escape to this unique & tranquil getaway, conveniently located close to Squire Creek Country Club (1.5 mi). This cabin is 1-Bedroom with Queen, & 1 spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Living area has a full size sleep sofa & is open to the fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. Relax on the large front porch with spectacular views of ponds and rolling hills.
