My partner and I needed somewhere that is a little close to san diego! Somewhere private and quiet. This airbnb was perfect for just the two of us, and love that there’s 2 restrooms! I have asked AI if he can secretly hang a birthday banner as we were celebrating my partner birthday on this stay. He kindly accepted the request and did for me! I def recommend for a single traveler and couple! Thank you again AI!

We had a great stay! The place was easy to find, and Janet’s clear instructions made getting there and checking in a breeze. The little welcome touches like cookies and thoughtful signs added a warm, personal touch that we really appreciated. The AC and fans kept the space comfortable, and private parking was definitely a plus. The kitchen was quaint, neat, and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. The shower had good pressure and worked perfectly. Overall, a cozy, well-kept spot with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We will definitely come back here. Thank you Janet!

I truly recommend Rashmitha's space, super clean and quiet, just 5 minutes walk to the main street of Julian, we had an incredible time as a family, it is 20 minutes from Mount Laguna.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

This was my first experience renting on Airbnb, and I have to say, I'm completely sold ! The space was lovely and impeccably clean. I had my doubts about the linens and towels before arriving , but they were actually much cleaner than what I've encountered in many hotels. Jesus was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the entire process a breeze. I will definitely be renting from this host again on my next stay!"

Our stay with Roberta was absolutely lovely! The place was a little hard to find but following the written instructions provided made it so much easier! The location was super private and beautiful. Roberta was available to talk to whenever we had any questions which was lovely. It was clean and organized everything looked just as it did in the listing! The wood burning fireplace was one of my favorite touches! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again if I’m ever back in town!

Beautiful decor throughout home inside and out. Extremely friendly host very clean facilities throughout and truly stay that made us feel like we were on vacation. One of the most unique Airbnb I’ve ever stood at, definitely will be returning.

This was a great house to stay in! It was very clean, the beds and pillows and furniture were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, and then some! The instructions that were left for everything were very clear.

Had a great stay at Luis’s place. Plenty of space for our group of 8, and we loved the patio and hot tub! Very responsive when we had an issue come up, had it addressed ASAP for us. Very satisfied, would stay again anytime and recommend to others as well!

Shambala consists of a beautiful, comfortable house and breathtaking grounds. Many lovely places , inside and out, to sit and talk or read or just gaze at the panoramic view. A dazzling pool. Excellent birdwatching. A truly well-equipped kitchen. A fireplace with ample wood. You can't help but relax and unwind. Truly, a heavenly spot. Jill couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful into her dream home. Unfortunately, we hadn't understood the bedroom-to-bathroom situation when we booked. Only the master bedroom has its own bath. For bedroom#2, the bathroom is downstairs. With bedroom #3, the "attic" bedroom, it's two flights of stairs, one of them outside and quite steep, to a bathroom. For three older couples, this was not ideal. We still had a marvelous time.. .

This place was such an amazing experience for us. It was just the tranquil, spacious and comfortable stay that our big family needed. Everyone had a blast. We appreciated all the amenities and the area. It was the most well stocked place I’ve ever stayed. They had everything needed to cook every meal and I couldn’t recommend more. Everything was so well thought out and beautiful.

Oh my goodness, this cabin was amazing! There was a ton of room for activities, a beautiful view, and the hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. We had an absolute blast spending a weekend here, and we definitely would stay here again!

Read all the fine print because I would say this is the most well thought out Air BnB we have ever stayed in- so pack less. Laura clearly knows hospitality because she went above and beyond with consideration to comfort & amenities. We knew her space was pet friendly, however, we have pet allergies & we had ZERO issues because her house is clean & has an air filter fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials -plus, Tupperware, spices, foil, ziplocks, etc… which made preparing meals at the house so easy. Sheets & linens are soft & comfortable- everyone in our family commented on them. Our absolute favorite part of the house is the patio. From sunrise to sunset it is beautiful, shaded from the brutal afternoon heat & has comfortable furniture. Our family members would join us everyday for coffee, happy hour or star gazing because “we had the best patio”. An Ice maker, water filter, WiFi, & pool towels were really appreciated as well. We will absolutely return. Thank you!

Very peaceful area, beautiful if you love being around mountains!! Minor problem but it was fixed quickly!! Highly recommend for adventurous people

Laura met me when I checked in to ensure I had a seamless check-in. She always made sure I felt at home. She gives guests privacy and is available to answer questions.

Francine was very hospitable and accommodating to my needs and any request I made. She was a great host and has two very sweet dogs. You won’t be sorry if you book with Francine.

Even though upkeep may not be 100% I still loved this place. It was comfortable and I especially enjoyed the patio with nice outdoor furniture. Also loved that the condo was only steps from the pool and tennis court. Borrego springs is great!
