It has a large detached, screened-in kitchenette where you can rig your poles or just hang out with the family. Bring your kayaks, canoes, fishing poles, jet skis and/or boats. Access to a nice private boat ramp at the top of Lake George and a place moor your watercraft. Silver Glen and Salt Springs are just a boat ride away.

A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged small town with areas of distress and ranks poorly in terms of economic opportunities. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. The town is small and less developed which appeals to those seeking a quieter life.
