Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake City

Beautiful place! Very clean, all the amenities, comfy beds! Centrally located in the middle of town but quiet at night and felt private. Nice front porch, easy parking. Angela was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Will definitely stay here next time!!!

A perfectly peaceful, spacious, and homey place with a great location. The kitchen is one of the best I've experienced in countless Airbnbs, and even the foldout couch sleeper was super comfy. I'd happily recommend it and will stay there again if I'm so lucky.

This was far and away the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is in immaculate condition and incredibly clean. I truly felt at home and didn’t find myself wanting for anything. On top of the amazing amenities, Gregory, the host, was extremely kind and very prompt to respond to the few inquires I had. If you are looking for a place to stay when you visit Creede, look no further. In the future, if I am fortunate enough to draw another unit 76 tag, I will absolutely stay here again.

This Airbnb was the perfect choice for our work trip. The location was extremely convenient, just a short distance from the job site, which saved us a lot of commuting time. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a productive stay. The host was responsive and made check-in/out easy. Would definitely stay here again for future work trips!

We enjoyed a very comfortable, excellent stay in this well equipped house. Dishes, linens, towels, window coverings, furniture were all of the highest quality; everything was top notch. The location was perfect, with a park right across the street for our toddler, and also a market for quick supply runs. Many restaurants and adult beverage establishments are within walking distance. There are several charging stations for equipment and ceiling fans in all of the rooms. Two defined living room spaces allowed our group of 8 adults and one toddler to comfortably spread out and lounge. We would definitely stay here again.

We can’t say enough good things about this property! First, it was much roomier than described/pictured. I mean, truly room to spread out and enjoy the house. For example, the mud room behind the front door was perfect for our wet boots and gear (we were ice climbing at the ice park), and the living space was comfortable for five folks to relax. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with an above average number of pans, utensils, dishes, etc. There was also a goodly assortment of spices, coffee pods, and spices. If we had chosen to do so, we could have prepared full dinners each night. (We ate dinner at three local restaurants each night, all very good with friendly service.) The bedding, towels, and linens were great, everyone mentioned their room was comfortable and clean. Finally, the host, Martha, was prompt, courteous, and helpful in all our communication. We always got complete answers to our questions and it felt more like communicating with a friend than a business owner!

We travel a lot and have stayed in many places, but few were as pleasurable as this place here in Ouray. It is obvious someone has spent a lot of time and investment fixing up this older home. It is very comfortable quite lovely and the hot tub was awesome!

Don is friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He worked hard to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay and helped out when there were any questions or concerns.

The place was as described. It was very nice, clean and worked well for our group. I loved the deck and rocking chairs as the view was phenomenal! There was a sweet kitty that visited us on the deck and made us feel even more at home. We were a little worried about walking too much as it is noted it can be noisy for the downstairs guests, to be quiet. We were all adults so we were fine, but if you have little rambunctious kids I would not rent this place. Only negative feedback is please put Kleenex in your bathrooms. Not a deal breaker and I know many places to not supply tissues, but it’d be a nice touch. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home.

This place was awesome! Niki was so kind and great at communicating since the beginning. Our whole group loved it and it was perfect for my wedding party!!!

Amber was a great communicator! At the campground, Paul was extremely helpful in changing my reservation on the spot and getting my wife and I an awesome upgrade! Austin was very respectful and helpful as well! Overall wonderful stay!!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great little town, will definitely be back.

The place was clean and functional. The bed, pillows, and couch were comfortable for 3 to sleep on (we did not pull out the sleeper). Bathroom is nicely finished. We booked last minute, the outlaw was cheaper and seemed a better value than any other options in town, and was exactly what we needed. It's decorated pretty cheaply - the tv is comically small, and I believe there is one piece of art hanging in the whole unit (maybe two) but we didn't mind - we weren't visiting Ouray to hang out in a condo all day, and I'm guessing you aren't either. We could hear the people in the unit above us sometimes, but it didn't bother us. There's a white noise machine should you need it. Basic pots, pans, and utensils were available and in good shape. Nice washer and dryer. The only coffee pot is a Keurig and there weren't enough pods on hand for each of us to have a cup each morning, which was a slight bummer. Overall I recommend Alison's place to anyone needing a crash pad in Ouray.

This was a great stay while a couple friends and I checked out Orvis Hotsprings. It was a great location, super clean and had everything we could need. Highly recommend!

This is a great unit for exploring Ouray and surrounding areas. It was very comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. Host was very responsive and helpful with questions. The noise factor from upstairs guests noted in other reviews is the only downside, but the host kindly provided ear plugs. We did not need them to sleep comfortably. If you plan to spend most of your time outside and just need a place to rest up, this unit is perfect.

Alison’s place is a great place to stay in Ouray! Walkable to the Main Street and to Box Canyon ( which is a great place to go to see the waterfall and if you are up for it, hike to the bridge). The house is very spacious with plenty of bathrooms and a nice kitchen. I highly recommend.
