Lake house vacation rentals in Lake Champlain

I traveled with my wife, kids (3 & 7), parents and parents in-law. We travelled from Puerto Rico (80°F+ all year long) to Rebecca's house during the last week of December. We loved the house, bathrooms were very clean, as well as the entire house. It is a perfect place to relax and spend quality time with family. The frozen lake was beautiful as well as the surroundings. Location was very reasonable in terms of getting to cross the border to Canada and also to get to Burlington, Stowe and other beautiful places. Thank you Rebecca!

We had a great time over a holiday weekend! The house was close to a few places to get necessities and a few places to eat. It was within a half hour to a few ski areas also, which was the main plan of our trip. The house was beautiful and clean. Thr sauna and hot tub were great features of the home. We got a good amount of snow while there and Julian was quick to keep us updated on having the driveway plowed. The area is beautiful wotha lake view. The house had plenty of space and bathrooms for our two families. Everything was clean and in goof shape when we arrived.

The home is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, with a wonderful view of Lake Champlain from all but one room. There is a surprising amount of space with lots of little nooks for folks who want a bit of privacy from other guests during their stay. The kitchen is well appointed and I was able to find every utensil or dishware/glassware that I would want. the instructions for using the hot tub are easy to follow and it provided a wonderful way to look at over the lake. The outside landscaping is extremely well done and, weather cooperating, provides even more space for the guests. The area is very peaceful and is a great please to unwind and/or read.

We LOVED Jennifer’s place! It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The home was spotless, all appliances appeared to be new and/or state of the art. The home was warm and comfortable with every amenity you could ask for, and idyllically situated on Lake Champlain. We were in Vermont for UVM commencement weekend. The 30-minute drive to Jenn’s place from Burlington provided a nice respite from all the graduation hubbub. What at first seemed like a drawback (distance) was actually a blessing. We would happily stay here again.

This place is worth your stay, it was beautiful smelt fresh as the cleaner did amazing, I felt like I was at home the nice quite outdoors for my family to relax and see the view of lake Eden! Thank you for letting my family enjoy our stay, we will be back!

Kelly’s place was an absolute dream! The space is fully renovated and even still smells “new.” The views are incredible and the space feels so cozy with lots of privacy. The house has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Kelly was incredibly helpful and responsive to my many questions before check-in. We brought our 20’ boat and there was just enough room to maneuver. We didn’t end up even taking the boat out though because we enjoyed being at the house that much! We had so much fun fishing from shore, the catfish and bullhead kept us very busy, with a few surprise species mixed in as well. We barely heard the trains when they passed by and weren’t bothered by them at all. Mornings out by the water, sipping coffee, reading a book, while my boyfriend caught fish, then enjoying breakfast on the deck— it can’t be beat! This was a perfect little getaway to unplug from the rest of the world and to recharge with some peace and quiet accompanied by beautiful views! Can’t wait to return!

Loved our stay and hope to come back in the future. Everything was exactly as advertised and it was such a relaxing trip just spending time on the deck enjoying the beautiful lake views! Just a short drive to downtown Burlington which was also a plus!

We loved our stay at Caitlin’s lake house in Alburgh. The views of Lake Champlain were amazing. Great sunset viewing every night. Comfortable living space & beds. Lots of space. Amazing “breakfast nook” in kitchen. The dock & outdoor furniture were so nice! We spent almost 2 full weeks here & definitely recommend this quiet lakefront house to others. We were in the area to explore all of the Vermont/Federal land & wildlife areas. Hiking, swimming, birding, hunting, fishing, all are at your fingertips or close by. Alburgh is a nice small town and was a great home-base for our explorations.

Everything was perfect.

This exceptional lake house provided the most welcoming space we could have asked for to celebrate our family and to spend time together. From heated floors on the cool nights to the beautiful piano to the awesome "grown-up-sized" Jenga, we filled our days with settling in together and simply enjoying! We are so grateful for Dina to sharing this wonderful home with us!!

Despite some snow and a power outage, our family had a nice, relaxing Thanksgiving holiday at this property. The gas fireplace was a blessing and helped us stay warm during the outage. The house was well-equipped and had all amenities as advertised. Merrill was a great host!

We just returned from the Americade Motorcycle Rally. The location was very nice - the unpaved portion to the house a bit challenging on a motorcycle but we got used to it. Very nice and private. Home as described. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Chloe was a great host! Checkin was very easy. The location is beautiful. Perfect for my family of 5 and our 2 dogs. Highly recommend!

Exceptional experience! This is one of the relaxing place I have ever been! Large windows give you sense of experience living in nature. The stunning view gives you awesome feeling in any weather conditions.The house is nice, clean and equipped with pretty much everything. They have all the utensils for cooking and lots of toys for kids both indoor and outdoor. They also have paddles boat and kayak to use at anytime ! In addition, Brian is very respectful, responsible and quick to respond for any questions. All together Feel like you live in your own house. Great vacation spot without any doubt.

The cozy cottage was exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful and thoughtful design and furnishings. Gorgeous views and comfortable beds. Proactive communication about cell service and one inconsequential blemish on the deck due to a storm and back ordered part. So clean it feels brand-new!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The lake is peaceful and beautifully scenic surrounded by mountains, with a great view from the large picture windows in the living area. Kayaking and canoeing were great! Our son stayed at the Studio bachelor pad until his older sibling arrived and kicked him out; a perfect size for couple also. Close to Six Flags and Lake George. House was pristine. Great layout for family fun!

Our stay at the lake was truly amazing! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for enjoying the lake. Lisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Molly's house on the lake. The area is rural and beautiful; we spent days kayaking, cycling to nearby islands, and just sitting on the back patio enjoying the lake. Molly was responsive and friendly.

Great spot in Burlington for a group of 6. Walkable to a a few breweries and restaurants. Very short drive to downtown. The house appears to have been renovated recently and everything looks and functions great. You have a view of the lake from the back window and deck. It is also very nice have the parking space in the carport.

My family and I had a beautiful stay at Cassie‘s home. We enjoyed the paddle boards, the kayaks, the hot tub, and the game room to the maximum. I would absolutely recommend this home to others.
