Vacation rentals with beach access in Lake Champlain

We had a short one night stay but everything was great. We had delay after delay at the airport and Joseph reassured us that it was okay to arrive at any time which was so appreciated because I was stressed over our late arrival. The apartment is very cute and nicely renovated. Bed was comfortable. It was a little humid and warm in the morning but I’m not sure if there is an a/c unit as we didn’t even look. I slept very comfortably as did my kid on the futon. Everything was clean and the decor was also unique and interesting. Highly recommend!

Tanner's place was picture perfect, with attention to the additional touches that visitors appreciate. Very comfortable and spacious, with intentional design and elevated quality. Although the weather didn't cooperate with our visit, you have a lovely little private deck area, you are less than a block from the water-front, and less than a mile from the cutest drive-in with the best fries you have ever had! I also recommend you check out Golden Hour - the sweetest little shop, in the most unassuming little strip of shops, just minutes away. Tanner was a very responsive communicator and very clear and easy house rules. Highly recommend!

Every little detail about this quaint apartment suited us perfectly! We were in a beautiful space that fit my family of 4 very comfortably! After a 6 1/2 hour drive without stopping for food we were beyond excited and thankful to be greeted with a homemade loaf of sourdough bread and a basket full of treats! The space is perfectly appointed and pristine! We were just minutes away from our daughter whom we were visiting at UVM, and minutes from the lake, river and pond for my husband and son fishing enthusiasts! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Loved staying with Sandra and Jason! They are great hosts and did a great job on the Airbnb. We knew there were going to be mosquitoes, but we didn’t know that there were going to be so many, I would advise bringing bug spray. They let us use their kayaks which was an awesome experience. 10/10 would stay again.

Comfortable and amazing space!

Great place with beautiful surroundings! Very close to the lake and town (which had some very good restaurants). The house was perfect for us and the bed was very, very comfortable! Location was also within an hour of some great places in the Adirondacks. Host was very responsive to any issues/questions we had, and while they are close, they left us to do our own thing. Would definitely stay again if I have the chance!

Cheri was an amazing host! She has created a spot that feels both like home and a luxury hotel accommodation. The rental is tucked away from the street, is quiet and private and feels relaxed despite being polished and pristine. Cheri was quick on communication on the Airbnb platform and also popped in to make recommendations and to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed shortly after check-in. The space was perfect for the 2 of us, and we felt right at home. The kitchen is equipped with just the right amount - not too much, not too little. The lighting and fixtures in every room are thoughtfully chosen, and there are 2 heat pump/ AC units making the whole space comfortable. If you are going to Burlington, this is a perfect spot, a 10ish minute walk from church street marketplace. There are many restaurants and places to grab a cup of coffee or tea and a bite to close by. Also, a short walk from the water and a couple of parks. We're very happy with our stay!

Where do I start...from before I arrived, up until my departure...Joanne was attentive in every way possible. All my questions were answered with an immediate response. The home was extraordinary. The effort Joanne has put in to making it just like home shows. With an abundance of whimsical touches. Up until the day I left, I would see a new thing. As if the enchanting home wasn't enough, the back patio is a place of serenity...with the sounds and view of the river extraordinary. I could go on and on, but I will just say, "it was the best vacation I have ever had". One word describes this Airbnb...AMAZING!!!🩷. I will return next year! We had an amazing stay at Bjorn's beautiful home where it was as picture-perfect as advertised! It is a gorgeous and modern home that was clean, well-stocked, and uniquely designed in such stunning surroundings (even in the rainy weather!). We cannot recommend Bjorn's home enough and are so appreciative of his accommodations in helping us celebrate our Middlebury grad!

This place is worth your stay, it was beautiful smelt fresh as the cleaner did amazing, I felt like I was at home the nice quite outdoors for my family to relax and see the view of lake Eden! Thank you for letting my family enjoy our stay, we will be back!

I can only say wonderful things about this property! Everything was beautiful both inside and out. The house was very clean and organized and was also extremely well stocked. Anything that we needed we found in this house. And everyone in our group said the beds were very comfortable… which is very important to me! Erik was great with communication and very proactive. He sent us a note about a week before we checked in that had everything we needed to know; it was quite helpful. I highly recommend this home….and as an added bonus, the view is spectacular! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

We loved our stay. It was beautiful and we loved being right by the lake as well as the sauna, fire pit, and outdoor seating. The house was cozy and the little kids toy closet was such a cute touch. We had an amazing time on our family vacation and would definitely recommend this rental. Ash was also so communicative and ready to help if we ever needed anything. So thankful!

Amy and Ryan’s home was such a joy! Very well appointed with almost everything you could think of needing, such a cute aesthetic and in a great location. Amy went above and beyond and gave tons of local recommendations that were open during our stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay at Vanessa's. Everything was clean and functional. We liked to have an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the marina and watch the sunset in the swings by the lake. A relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to the city and grocery store. We'll be back.

They condo was one of the best 3 we have ever stayed in. We loved and appreciated all the little touches. We were extremely grateful for the wine, chocolates, cookies...it was nice to discover this after our drive. The condo was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it truly is a home away from home. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and didn't want to leave yet! It's a nice 1/2 mile walk to the lake and ice cream:). Restaurants, grocery store and other retail is about a 1 mile walk. We absolutely loved the location. We hope to be back again.

Nicest bnb we have stayed at in placid! We had the grounds to ourselves and enjoyed sitting by the lake the first night before it rained the rest of the weekend. The place was cozy and the fireplace was nice for the rainy days. I appreciated the snacks and drinks in the room too!

My husband and I had the best honeymoon at Mélanie's loft. A stay here sets up the perfect recipe for a romantic getaway to remember with the gorgeous setting, walkable restaurants right across the road, great golf courses nearby and a great selection of spas nearby for a couple's massage. The loft was cozy, very well equipped and comfortable. Mélanie's foresight and special touch made it very easy to settle in and feel right at home. We are hoping to come back again and enjoy different seasons at this lovely spot.

This is our third stay. We are very comfortable there. Small cozy accommodation, good location with well-equipped kitchen. Suitable for couple.
