When it was first spotted this old Umbrian cowshed had stood derelict for over 40 years and was in desperate need of some TLC. Now, newly completed (summer 2022) this traditional rural building has been lovingly restored by the owner architect, who with the help of amazing local craftsmen has sensitively combined the best of contemporary design with traditional restoration work. We hope that you will love staying here, its an amazing place and a great base for all you Umbrian adventures!

The building that belonged to the Torlonia family still remains the charm of ancient houses. The apartment is on the first floor and recently renovated. The fireplace can be used on cold winter evenings. There are free-roaming animals on the property, including five cats, a cute little dog, two donkeys, chickens and a lonely turkey
