Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Bob Sandlin

The pictures don’t do this place justice. This place is amazing! beautiful! The house, the dock, and the location was perfect.

I booked this stay for a weekend girls’ trip, and when we first pulled into the neighborhood, we were a little unsure since it’s next to a trailer park that had a few nearby homes that were a little rugged. Naturally, our first thought as a group of women was about our surroundings, but that ended up being a complete non-issue!! Don’t judge this property by that! The area was quiet, peaceful, and felt totally safe. The property itself seems like a newer addition and was beautiful inside and out! It was clean, spacious, and very well decorated. We loved the extra touches like cotton balls, Q-tips, and feminine products in the bathrooms, plus a well-stocked kitchen with a great ice maker and coffee bar setup. The back patio and private lake deck were perfect for relaxing, and we loved watching ducks and geese by the water all weekend. The host was super responsive when we had a tiny sink issue where they had someone out within an hour to fix it! We would hands down definitely return!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. The view was amazing! A blue heron came to see us every morning. The inside of the house was perfectly supplied. We especially appreciated the pack n play, toddler bed, and high chair. We look forward to coming back.

Great place to stay for a weekend retreat! Very secluded and peaceful with this property being in a great location within a small gated neighborhood right on the water. The host was great - Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was such a peaceful & relaxing trip. The house itself is wonderful & you will feel right at home. Ron was an awesome host. He is very attentive & very responsive. It was so much fun to just be able to walk the path from the house to the lake & go fishing. We caught lots of crappie & catfish right off the dock & my husband actually caught a 6 pound bass off the dock as well. That was the coolest experience & the biggest bass I ever saw in person. We also had fun fishing at night with the green light/green monster that Ron has submerged in the water near the dock. It was a wonderful stay :)

Our teams stayed while playing in the regional golf tournament. They had so much fun fishing and relaxing in between rounds! We grilled burgers and enjoyed the peace and quiet.

I really can’t say enough about this property! Although our stay was very short, we had everything we needed and more! Beautiful home for a quick getaway, but even more gorgeous if you were planning a wedding or an event! Even though Angela was preparing for a wedding, she was more than accommodating and answered questions in the most timely fashion. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home/ranch with us! We will most definitely be back when we travel that way again!

Renee's spot is a nice retreat. We loved the pets on the property and the coffee maker. Renee is a very thoughtful and responsive host. She knew we were getting in late and she got us eye masks so we could block out the morning light.!

Scott provided a great experience for my family of four. The house had everything that we needed. It was our first experience in a tiny home, and Scott did a great job on maximizing the space with all of the necessities. The dock was a plus, since our main goal was to fish. We got bass while we were out there and really enjoyed our time out there. The neighborhood leading up to his place wasn’t the greatest, but once you reach his house, it has a beautiful view of the lake. His properties are well kept. Scott was very attentive when we reached out to him, responding well within 10 minutes. I will definitely be a returning guest if I choose to come back out this way.

We have the most amazing stay at this lake house! The property was absolutely beautiful, clean and perfectly set up. The lake views were stunning, especially the sunset. The house had everything we needed and more. We love spending time on the back deck using the fire pit and taking the kayaks in the water. The pool table and abundance of games was great when the weather got bad. You can tell that the owners really care about the guest experience!

This was our 2nd trip to the cabin, & as before, it didn’t disappoint. Chris is Great! He’s extremely accommodating & very easy to get ahold of. The Serenity of this place is Amazing; & just what I needed to help in the process of recently losing my Son. No noise, no people…just absolute peace & quiet. We’ll definitely be back…

Very nice people great please

We were able to get into the home with a wheelchair ramps fairly easy. I know that the host clearly indicated some issues with the wheel chair accessibility of the Home. it would be great to allow more wheelchair bound individuals to enjoy Holly Lake if maybe grab bars could be installed in the bathroom downstairs. Wonderful stay!!!! Beautiful home!!!

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was perfect, right on the lake. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Very private and secluded. The space was clean and comfortable. We will be back again!! Thank you so much!

Great location. Very quiet and peaceful area. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. He was very flexible with us. We had a last minute cancelation and Vic was able to accommodate us and offered easy check-in and check-out times. Nicely equipped kitchen and great air conditioning. We caught plenty of fish in the pond. I will stay here again.

We had a group of guys stay here for the weekend and we had a great time. The pool was great to enjoy and the kitchen was well suited for our meal prep during the stay. We used the poker table and chips that were in the BnB for hours! It was a blast. The place was exactly as Amelia described it and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back here again.
