Home has a great screened in porch and a huge deck and a fabulous walkway down to a private boathouse and dock that provides swimming and fishing or bring your boat and stay a week. The entire resort is also avail for large groups. 15 minutes to Mt Pleasant, Tx! about an hour north of Tyler! Park you boat at your front door!
