Hosted in person in the accommodation, which was faithful to the description. Ideally located next to the Court of Aron (place of reception). We didn't enjoy the surroundings or the jaccuzi. Pleasant night

Stay from June 6 to 9, 2025. Beautiful peaceful place and not overlooked. Close to the beach and close to the forest, offering great walks. House as described and the reviews correspond exactly to what we found with extremely friendly, available and attentive hosts. We will return and we recommend this destination without hesitation. Perfect accommodation, nothing is missing for a great stay. Relaxing and quiet place 5 min from the beach on foot for a beautiful walk and a beautiful sunset.

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

Our stay at Cynthia and Nicolas's went very well. The house is very nice, with neat decor, very well-equipped. Kids loved the trampoline. The hot tub is a plus too. The proximity to sea is really nice. We'll be happy to rent again if the opportunity arises again.

Great stay in an apartment in the city center with a magnificent view of the port! The best part is being able to store your bikes and helmets in a small sheltered room.

Everything went well. Few people in the residence so very quiet. Quick access to the city center or the large beach. well-equipped accommodation. Person in charge of check-in and check-out was very accommodating.

Christophe is a charming and very welcoming and friendly host. Welcome drink was on the table on arrival, very nice! He is very attentive and has good tips for the surroundings. Also responds directly to any question you ask. It is a very nice place to stay and to explore the neighborhood: the beach is beautiful and the sea too! We could park the car in the driveway, but there is also a garage. The backyard is completely private and fully fenced, ideal for a dog. We found a plus point the electric shutters for all windows in the house: so you really sleep in the dark. After a nice holiday week, we unfortunately had to go home again :)

Thanks to Aurélie for a pleasant stay! The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

A warm and authentic house where it's nice to gather with family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The marsh environment is peaceful and the view is really magnificent from the very well maintained garden.

Nice family house with a big garden, we and our dog loved it. The patio and terrace are relaxing. The open kitchen is large and well equipped, the sitting area is comfortable and spacious. The house is very close to the village center, easy access to the beach and local restaurants. There’s a market twice a week, and local grocery stores. We rented bicycles just around the corner and did not need the car at all. All in all we had an excellent and very relaxing stay :)

Everything was really excellent! The accommodation is very well arranged, perfectly equipped, with everything you need… and even more: utensils, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper… everything is there. The space is intelligently optimized, nothing is missing. The swimming pool, right in front, is ideal for children and adults alike. And the parking space in the shade under the pine: a real luxury! Small downside on the pool floor, freshly redone: the painted coating makes walking barefoot difficult, especially for children. Too bad, but it's just a detail. Very pleasant welcome from the gentleman, smooth and accommodating exchanges by SMS with the lady, great flexibility on check-in and check-out times. The best Airbnb rental we've had so far. Pleasant stay in a pleasant accommodation. Quiet between countryside and sea. The pool and its hours, without hours was my little extra (respecting the quiet of the neighborhood). Very easy access, private parking. 20, 35 minutes from the beaches between Les Sables d'Olonne and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. Supermarket, convenience store 15 minutes by car. Very welcoming and responsive host. Ready to suggest activities.

Jard sur mer is a beautiful place, a friendly city. The hosting was very good and the accommodation was good too. It should perhaps be clarified that the accommodation is in the basement (very well furnished) of the house and that there is therefore no direct access to the outside (terrace) via a door. And that the entrance is via the old garage (via the garage door). This is not a problem (only if there is a power outage, but it is very rare). Just a general remark, the sofa in the kitchen is "broken" and the seat is not very good and it's not easy to get out of it. Otherwise everything else is good and as described.
