Eine schöne Ferienwohnung inmitten der Natur, umgeben von Oliven-und Zitronenbäumen. Sehr sauber, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und schöne Sitzmöglichkeit draußen. Moskitogitter an den Fenstern sind sehr praktisch. Carlo war ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Empfang war wie auch letztes Jahr äusserst freundlich. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit Elisabetta perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit der grandiosen Aussicht ist einzigartig. Die Nähe zum Strand ist prima. Dieses Jahr war der Pool geöffnet. Wunderschöne Anlage mit prächtiger Aussicht.

Domus Ista - das richtige Haus.. für uns zwei auf alle Fälle! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Stefanos stylisch renovierten Haus. Schon beim ankommen merkt man mit wieviel Gefühl, Geschmack und Know how das Haus renoviert wurde. Super charmante Mischung aus alt und neu! Ideal gelegen für die eine oder andere Tour mit dem Rad und trotzdem nah am Meer . Landschaftlich wunderschön gelegen und auf dem Balkon , mit Blick aufs Meer und dem schönen alten Kirchturm kann man schon zum Frühstück die Seele baumeln lassen! Wir kommen sicher wieder....in das für uns richtige Haus !

Siamo stati troppo bene! La casa è stupenda e pure il posto negli olivi è veramente bellissimo. Si sta nella natura ed è proprio un posto per rilassarsi. La casuccia è arredata carinissima e si ha tutto che serve. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Andrea è un Host veramente straordinario. Ci siamo sentiti subito ben accolti. Una gentilezza unica. Andrea risponde velocissimo e da un sacco di consigli per la regione. È veramente una Host perfetto! Grazie di tutto!! Siamo stati benissimo. Natalia & Sebastian

We were a group of ten people staying at Marcel's villa. Eight of us slept in the available beds while two slept in the bunk beds, which was completely fine. The villa is a marvel with many different sections and spots to relax, swim, cook, and much more. Beware that the driveway is very tight, and we spent some time on the logistics of having two cars in the garage. They both fit, but quite a bit of time was spent maneuvering around. The area around the villa provides lots of different activities. During the week, we played padel, golf, tennis, hiked, ran, and biked all within a short ten-minute drive. Marcel and Liga provided us with lots of tips on the area and helped us out quickly if there were any questions. We really hope to be back sometime, thanks, Marcel and Liga!

Jeśli szukasz ciekawego miejsca, czystego i urządzonego z gustem to zdecydowanie jest to miejsce dla Ciebie. Duży dom we włoskim klimacie, fresk w sypialni, taras, basen i nieprzeciętny widok na morze. Kawka o poranku na tarasie z tym widokiem ładuje energię na cały dzień. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, łazienki i kuchnia czyste, wszystko w pełni urządzone i przygotowane dla każdego typu turysty. Dziękujemy za możliwość przyjazdu z naszym czworonogiem, nie wszyscy akceptują zwierzęta, a to było dla nas kluczowe. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem, dojazd i samoobsługowy dostęp do domu, a sami gospodarze są bardzo mili i pomocni. Mają sporą wiedzę o okolicznych zabytkach i miejscach wartych zobaczenia. Jednym słowem POLECAMY i na pewno wrócimy! Brawo Kamila i Davide! Tak trzymać :) Zadowoleni turyści z Polski.

Le logement se trouve dans un petit village typique où les locaux ont été très gentils avec notre famille. L'environnement est magnifique, calme et apaisant. Le logement est très agréable, propre et assez spacieux pour nous quatre. La vue de la terrasse et des fenêtres et tout simplement fantastique. Elena est très sympathique et nous à recommandé plusieurs lieux et activités à proximité. Nous recommandons cet hébergement

Wir hatten ein paar wirklich schöne Tage in Montegrazie und der Gegend um Imperia. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, sie bietet viel Platz und die Aufteilung ist sehr gut geeignet um auch zu viert zu bleiben. Der Hammer ist die Dachterrasse mit dem 360° Ausblick. Louis und Arne sind die Besten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann, immer Hilfsbereit mit Restaurantempfehlungen die allesamt Volltreffer waren. Ich bin sicher, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal da. Buongiorno. Siamo stati un paio di giorni fa presso l'appartamento di Raffaella. L' appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione fatta, non è lontano dal mare, anzi le spiagge si raggiungono facilmente a piedi. Anche i negozi sono vicini. Il terrazzo poi è davvero molto bello. L' appartamento è comodo, ben fornito e in una zona tranquilla. Siamo stati bene e a nostro perfetto agio. Speriamo di poter tornare. Altra cosa importante, la signora Raffaella ci ha permesso di entrare nell' appartamento con molto anticipo rispetto all' orario stabilito per il check in. Questo naturalmente ci ha fatto molto comodo. Ringraziamo quindi la signora Raffaella per l' ospitalità. Consiglio la prenotazione per questo appartamento.

We loved our 2+week stay at Casa Marisa. The apartment is well-maintained and has everything one might need including a good kitchen and two excellent contemporary en suite shower rooms. It's stylishly furnished and colourful with comfortable seating on the large terrace. We particularly liked that all rooms had doors to the terrace. It's conveniently situated for shopping, restaurants and cafés plus the beach is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the station. Grazie, Margherita, for a great stay in beautiful Alassio.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

La casa di Paolo è meravigliosa , si vede che è stata pensata per viverci . La posizione è insuperabile , nel centro e sul mare . La casa resta comunque silenziosa chiudendo le finestre . Il garage è un plus indispensabile ed essendo la casa in zona pedonale non è possibile averlo sotto casa , si raggiunge comunque in 3 minuti a piedi ( passo lento) . Unico suggerimento , aggiungere alla ricca dotazione una macchina da caffè con cialde , per chi come me non ama la moca . Sotto casa ci sono un numero considerevole di bar , ma bere un caffè in pigiama guardando l’alba dalla terrazza “ Vale il Viaggio “ . Andrea e famiglia

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit fantastischem Ausblick. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Wohnung sauber. Einen Strand kann man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreichen, perfekt!

Anna ist eine sehr herzliche und nette Dame. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause . Die Wohnung ist mega gepflegt und sauber. In der Wohnung sind auch alle Sachen die man braucht. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung ist an einer super Lage. Die Garage ist auch Goldwert und hat genug Platz. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Liebe Grüße

Eiine Appartement mit schönem Meeresblick. Nette Gastgebern. Eintauchen in pures italienisches Leben. Niemand spricht Deutsch! =) Wohnung ist am Berg gelegen, jeder Spaziergang wird zum Workout. Oben ist eine Traverse unter Olivenbäumen mit alten Ruinen. Enge Straßen mit Kehren und geparkten Autos - man muss sehr aufpassen.

très bel endroit. le plaisir est de marcher dans la nature au calme et dans la tranquillité. nous avons profité d'une météo favorable, donc super. attention toutefois il y a du D+ donc plutôt pour des marcheurs aguerris. nous recommandons à 100%

Wir hatten einen super Kurzurlaub in Tildas Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat eine super Meerblick vom Balkon. Bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Außerdem war der Kontakt zu Tilda immer freundlich und sie hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch beim Check In war sie flexibel und ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen.

Piccolo monolocale provvisto di tutto, aria condizionata compresa! Perfetto per due bagno pulitissimo, zona giorno e terrazzino vista mare. Area affollata la sera, ma i doppi vetri isolano da tutto. Simona ci ha accolti al con il sorriso ed estrema gentilezza, prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

We had a great time at Carlotta’s place. The location was great, close to the village and amazing views of the coast. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Carlotta was a great host. We will be back!

Gianluca’s apartment is cozy, very modern, newly renovated, and comfortable, with a lovely terrace. The location is incredible: the building is right on the piazzetta, by two churches, with shops and bars just a few steps away. You only need to cross the road to reach a variety of beaches, both public and private. Gianluca is very attentive, friendly, and always ready to share great tips. We truly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

Siamo stato davvero benissimo nell’appartamento di Ivano! L’alloggio era pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. L’organizzazione degli spazi è perfetta e si respira un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale a Ivano, che è stato un host gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento e sicuramente torneremo se ne avremo occasione!
