Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Separate outbuilding with duplex apartment with sleeping gallery, desk, sofa, armchair and table, separate kitchen and shower/toilet, sauna incl. Relaxation area, like-new furnishings, complete renovation in 2001. Landlords live in the main building of a completely refurbished and renovated former farmhouse. The former "pigsty" was converted into a garage and garden house. The apartment is located on the upper floor. The half-timbered construction and the original atmosphere were preserved.

Three bedrooms and a large living and dining room make it ideal for families, couples or business travelers. Underfloor heating provides comfortable warmth. Despite its proximity to the center, the house is quietly away from traffic – perfect for relaxing.
