Retail has been practiced in the house from 1906 to 1928, and Nahkuri in the village has made the Nastola people's leather outfits. Nearby is Pajulahti Sports Institute with adventure parks and services. The grocery store and bus service to the city is only 600m.

The two-story red-soaked log villa was built in the late 19th century on the Teri River and moved to its current location in 1927 and served as a summer villa for our family since 1932. Renovation repairs have been completed in 1994 and 2005. On the ground floor of the villa is a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a glass veranda perfect for a living area, and a bathroom&WC. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a summer room. There's also a lakeside sauna.
