A 6/7 floor studio in the city center. All services downstairs in the Syke Shopping Center, access by elevator inside. The apartment has a sauna and a large balcony overlooking the city center. Large double bed and sofa bed (140 cm). AIR CONDITIONING in the summer heat. Downstairs there is a large garage (B5 space) with two hours of free parking (2h). Longer rental with the Moovy app (24 hours about 20€). Close to the apartment, within walking distance, are the Theater, the Lahti Museum of Visual Arts Malva and the Sibelius House.

Welcome to a newly renovated and beautifully decorated studio that offers the perfect combination of comfort, tranquility and a central location. The apartment has a 160 cm wide double bed in the alcove and a sofa bed in the living room 140x200 cm. The comfort is enhanced by a glazed balcony the width of the entire apartment, which is comfortable to sit on while drinking morning coffee. The apartment is about a five-minute walk from the bus and train station and all the services of the city center are within walking distance.

A welcoming hallway features a deep pink wall adorned with decorative mirrors and wall hangings. A dark blue curtain adds a touch of elegance, while a small green bench offers seating. A neutral runner rug completes the space, providing warmth and texture.

Come and enjoy the idyllic 50s house in the city center. You will be staying on the 1st floor of an apartment building without an elevator (approx. 8 steps to the floor). There is a private parking space with a heating post and a spacious apartment of over 50 square meters. You can easily get to the city center on foot (15 min) or by electric scooter (5 min). Nearby you will find grocery stores, a bus stop (100m) and a wooded jogging terrain. The beautiful harbor area of Lahti is just a stone's throw away.

A neat, well-equipped and spacious (61 m2) apartment in the cultural block with its own sauna and glazed terrace. Good WIFI and smart TV. Private parking space in a warm garage, accessible by elevator. A quiet house and a good playground in the courtyard of the house. Right next door are the Museum of Visual Arts Malva and the restaurants Malskin Bistro, Kahiwa and Ant Brew. Walking distance to the market square, theater, Sibelius Hall, Trion and Syke shopping centers, harbor, fair and sports stadium.
