Spend your holidays above the roofs of Lahr/Black Forest in the former „Restauration Schutterlindenberg bei Lahr i.B.", built in 1904. It is a charming, bright appartment, with its own entry and a wonderful, large terrace and a conservatory. The view is open from east to west, overlooking the Black Forest, the city of Lahr, the „Kaiserstuhl“ mountain, and the Rhine Valley until the „Vosges“ in France. The house is in a quiet area in the middle of nature, but at only 2 kms distance to the city.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The spacious 4-room apartment (mezzanine) with 100sqm is located in a quiet part of Lahr/Black Forest. The accommodation is conveniently located close to the A5 motorway (5km, approx. 7min). Europa-Park is 20 minutes (16Km) away by car. There are good shopping facilities in the nearby supermarket with a bakery (5 minutes), a restaurant (5 minutes walk), bus stop (50m), children's playground in sight. Free parking. Bed linen, towels and WiFi included.

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.
