Great spot if your traveling for work or looking to explore Brownsville

It was a very nice place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was only 2min not to far. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beach since it had alot of tar balls washing up to the shore. But our stay at the house was great our kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool.

Beautiful place, we felt right in Paradise with the AMAZING BACK YARD VIEW!!! The home was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the back yard very much, the kids were able to play football & volleyball (we brought our own balls). We were able to have a nice cook out while the kids fished. Its a great place to spend quality family time. Will definitely be staying here again!

Erika was wonderful. This was my first time booking an air B and B and we were so happy we did! Erika was very responsive with every question we had regarding the property and procedure. The home was impeccable. Nights were completely quiet and we slept better than we ever have at the local Hotels. Providing bottled water when we arrived was such a nice touch! Thank you again for being such a wonderful host and for making our stay amazing! Can’t wait to return in a month!

This was our 1st airbnb stay and it was beyond our expectations. I received consistent communication as to what to expect, codes to get in, contact for any issues. the pool was clean and heavenly to be in. Also, being able to fish off your own personal dock within 50 feet of the front door was awesome for our family to fish on! I Jist a great place to stay! We will be going back!

Jose was really nice answered all of our questions and really responsive, this is the second time we have booked this house and it is in a really great spot close to the beach, liquor store, and a market all on the corner. It has all the amenities they list and you feel right at home. They have a pool which was really fun and a great bbq setup. Great for big families . We hope to go back when we can again. Our family of four had a great time staying here! The space was perfect - nicely laid out and very clean with thoughtful touches (beach chairs, toys, extra sunblock). It is a short walk to two beach access points, as well as a gas station and restaurants. The pool was perfect after spending a day at the beach - very private and also was nicely shaded for when we had enough sun but still wanted to enjoy the outside. Thank you for hosting us - it was one of our favorite stays on SPI

Property was as described on Air BNB site. Hosts were very responsive prior to and during our stay. Excellent communication. We enjoyed having beach slides and beach towels available for our use. Having a washer and dryer made it easy to keep the towels fresh and ready for our next adventure. We also liked doing our own laundry so we didn't have a lot to do when we came home. The backyard is an oasis, we lived in the pool. Exceptional property. I would not hesitate to rent this property or others from this host. Thank you for our wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful time. The house had lots of space for my family of 14. It had 2 refrigerators, which was a big plus for us. We enjoyed the pool and all the extras. Hope to be back soon.

I am so grateful to have spent my week in Brownsville at Veronica's place. Its location was ideal for where I needed to be. The space itself was perfect, allowing me to just nestle in as if it were my own home.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay here! The location is a 10/10—pet friendly with immediate beach access. The Airbnb itself is modest and no-frills, but it was perfect for what we needed. We brought a few of our own little luxuries (snacks, water, coffee, and beach towels) based on other reviews, which made everything feel seamless. The stunning patio view of the beach was incredible and easily the best part of the unit. Waking up to the sunrise with a cup of coffee or winding down while watching the sunset was an unforgettable highlight. The easy access to the beach made full-day visits in the sun super convenient, especially with a kid and a pup in tow. The space was easy to access, and the host was very communicative throughout our stay. While the fold-out couch wasn’t ideal for sleeping, we were comfortable with two adults and our five-year-old all sharing the spacious king-sized bed. We loved our stay at Jessica’s place! The condo had everything we needed. The balcony and view are wonderful! Many restaurants within walking distance either via beach or the road. We will definitely be back!

Great place for my dogs and I. Very responsive and helpful host. Small hiccup but everything was handled great. Be aware that you do share the pool with the other condos.

We had such a wonderful time, enjoying the view, bbqing & the pool ! We loved it soo much it was so beautiful inside & out & smelled so good !!! I definitely recommend & we will keep this place in mind for future trips !! 🙂

I had an amazing time at Lee Ann’s place. It had beautiful views of the beach, was close to restaurants and coffee shops. Check-in and check out were a breeze, and there was great communication throughout. Would definitely book again! 😁

Perfect location, close to EVERYTHING! There’s also a nice walking trail right next door! My family and I will definitely be booking this home again!

Exactly what we were looking for on this trip - boat slip, near SPI, pet friendly, deck to fish on, and a public boat dock at the end of the road. The pad looked liked the photos online, so no disappointments there. It had quality items in the kitchen - cookware, real plates, silverware, and glassware. None of those cheap appliances and plastic plates. We like to cook and make cocktails, so a blender, colander, and an outdoor grill would be appreciated. But not a deal breaker. We baked, roasted and pan-fried and was good. The master bath was huge with a tub, although the shower stall was a bit tight and challenging for my 6'4" husband. If I needed to write a downside, it'll probably be lugging bags and groceries up the stairs. But it did give us a workout and on the second day, our leg muscles were pretty used to the climb. LOL. The area was quiet, private, and we felt safe. It had ample parking for our trailer and truck, and another vehicle in front. Tim & Vanessa are great hosts.

Would like to say first off house was exactly like the photos but upon arriving and staying it was more than expected and would definitely stay again when I come back to the area. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay a lot to do around the area and is close to the island. Host was always responsive with any questions we had and with needs which wasn’t much. House was immaculate and would like to thank Peggy for allowing us to stay at her place.

Perfect place to stay for our vacation! We loved being right off of the canal. The house is well kept and host we great to work with as well.
