The sofa pulls out to a Queen size bed and there is a queen sized air-mattress, available upon request. In-unit washer & dryer. No pets allowed.

The owner lives in the separate right-side unit. The only shared area is the screened lakeside patio in back. The second bed is a pull out couch in the living room.

Relax in our home away from home. We are just minutes from SPI golf course, 10 minutes to Historic Port Isabel and 15 minutes from beautiful South Padre Island.
