The directions for entry were very precise including pictures. Unfortunately for us during a really hot spell, the ac had an issue when we checked in. Farah did everything she could to resolve the situation. She brought in maintenance as quickly as possible. She brought a portable ac which really cooled most of the area. She comped dinner the first night. She offered to send us to another apt owned by her brother which was available. The ac was repaired on our last day, but we had been mostly out of the apt through the day, so it was not a big inconvenience. The portable ac saved us. While the trip had its hiccups, I couldn’t have asked for a better host response. Would definitely recommend this listing as it was convenient to shopping and restaurants with walking.

Had an amazing stay! Our absolute favorite part was the location. Waking up and opening the double doors to the sound of the beach was so relaxing! Beds were comfy, even the pull out couch. Had a great host that was quick with replies. Provided us a pack-n-play for our baby when requested. It was so fun to sit outside with a drink and people-watch on the bike/walking path while watching the sunset. There were really no cons except the outside cushions on the couch were a little dirty, and then got soaked from the rain one day and took long to dry. Maybe changing it to a table like the unit next door would be better!! Also, the no-AC didn’t bother us, was cool outside in the mornings and nights. Also they provided a couple fans that were found in the closet. Other than that, everything was great & would 100% stay again:)

One of my favorite SoCal Surf towns. Sara's place was super comfy and large for a studio space. I loved the efficiency of the kitchen, the fact that I could sleep with windows open to the cool sea breeze nightly and the offer of an e-bike to. get around on a busy beach holiday weekend. The space is well insulated for sound from the back unit, very quiet as is the neighborhood. I loved the front patio for sunset sky gazing and a glass of wine in the evenings. Sara is super responsive and clued me in to the best street taco's outside of mexico ($1.49 each....deal!) just a 5 minute walk away. Plus a great walk to the state beach 15 minuets away. I will be back!

Ray was a wonderful host, highly recommend whenever you’re in the area! He was very flexible, kind, proactive, and helpful. We had everything we needed, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

Booked this place for a mini weekend getaway, and it was great. Just what my friend and I needed. Very clean and welcoming and easy to find/access. Pretty great location - walkable distance to food places and close enough to the beach.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need to feel at home. The grounds are beautiful and you feel safe. They have a great cafe in the complex which was convenient for coffee and nibbles right around the corner. The location worked perfect for us. Whole Food and restaurants were walkable. A beautiful outdoor mall with more restaurants within 5 minutes. Short 20 minute drive to Laguna beach. We would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location across the street from Irvine Spectrum Center. Also the apartment community has lots of amenities and walkable areas and a park. Felt like home.

Cozy space and great location about .5 mile walk to Huntington Beach and 1.5 mile walk to Huntington Beach pier. Perfect home for a weekend getaway with our 3 month old! Would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Andrew’s unit! I’m very particular about cleanliness so it was a breath of fresh air to see how clean the space was. We loved having a designated parking space and also having access to amenities like the pool and gym. We frequent visiting SoCal at least 2x a year so we’re excited to plan our next stay soon!

Such a cute place to stay in! The private front yard is beautiful and such a lovely vibe. Walking distance to in n out which was amazing. Daniel was a great host 😊

My family and I stayed here for 13 days in June. The unit is comfortable, there are good amenities including a kiddie pool for your kids, and the people in the building are friendly. The location is very close to some good restaurants and shopping, and is about a 20 minute drive to Disneyland. Alex was very responsive and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable.

My mom stayed over the Christmas break. She really enjoyed the apartment and found it even better than the photos and what was described.

Clean, tidy and well-maintained apartment with amazing skyline views, exactly as described! Perfect location on a relatively safe street in dt. Keys pickup process was a bit confusing but manageable. Highly recommended!

Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.
