The house is just like the photos, spectacular!

The house is new and is very well equipped. It is prepared for 10 people, ideal for 2 families. It has a pool and grill and is close to the plaza, DAS and pools within Solanas. Evangelina answered all our questions and was very friendly.

The house was absolutely perfect. The WiFi was great, the pool was clean and just the right size. The landscaping and design of the house is incredible. We felt like we were in a piece of Heaven. The house is a quick walk from the beach. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, it’s really quiet and tranquil. The security system makes you feel secure when you leave. But the surroundings are really safe. The bedding and towels were soft and cozy. The kitchen and grill were a joy to cook and spend time in. We can’t wait to go back.

The experience was beautiful! The place is amazing, the surroundings, La Paz, the sound of silence, away from everything but at the same time close to the village, wineries. The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view from the balcony is equally spectacular. For those who are willing and like to walk, the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to the accommodation... but by car it's 5 minutes and really very easy to get to... The only negative aspect is that if another guest takes a shower at the same time in the other en-suite the water gets so weak that you have to wait for the shower to finish... But this becomes irrelevant in view of everything else that the accommodation provides... I will definitely be back.

The truth is that it exceeds what you see in the photos, everything is beautiful and excellent, very enjoyable. Horacio is always super attentive. I spent an excellent weekend with my family. I already knew about it from a friend who had stayed there before and I went to visit her, so I was delighted and booked it to spend with my family. I'll be back whenever I can...... Ahhhh and that pond full of otters, which you can see from the bed, is a difficult image to erase! MAGICAL PLACE!

We had a wonderful stay at the holiday villa in the pine forest in Punta Ballena! It is perfect for 6 people and offers everything you could want for a relaxing vacation. The pool was a real highlight and ideal for relaxing after a day full of activities or a long walk in nature. The amenities of the house left nothing to be desired – from the fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a spacious living room, everything was thought of here. The location is also great: Everything you need is within walking distance, and the beach is within walking distance, with great beach huts, ideal for long walks, lunch, a sundowner or just to relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended! Communication with Franzi was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She left no questions unanswered.
